The online booking is a joke. Quick book should be changed to No book/Slow book. Have tried about 8 times to change my password as I could not sign in with my old details, with no luck. Tried 3 browsers and 2 different fiber/cell connection..

I have been a subscriber to MyTvNow for under a year. The service when it works is average - on the whole however it sucks. The local mobile telephone numbers are not answered, the web address of the help is broken and does not work, the email address of info@ mytvnow.co.uk is broken and does not work. My service was arbitrarily suspended before the contract was expired and reconnected after a few days and has now been down for over a week. Dont waste your time and money buying either their set top boxes or TV's - the service is as above. Avoid at all costs is my advice.
