To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this formal complaint to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service and ********* business practices I encountered at your George branch. As a loyal customer who has spent over R40,000 at your store in just the last four weeks—including the purchase of a PS5 and a new laptop—I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated. During a recent visit to purchase a tablet, I observed a price tag clearly displaying R2,999. When I requested to purchase the item at the advertised price, the sales assistant went to the back, returned, and claimed the price was suddenly R3,300. When I pointed out that advertising one price and charging another is unacceptable and contrary to consumer law, he dismissively told me that I could "go purchase elsewhere." When I requested to speak with the manager, the service deteriorated further. She was incredibly abrupt and rude. When I informed her that I intended to escalate this matter to your head office and share my experience regarding this false advertising and poor service on social media and across the Garden Route, she became confrontational. As can be verified by your store’s CCTV, the manager proceeded to physically remove her name badge and hide it in her pocket. When asked for her name, she refused to provide it, telling me I should have "remembered." I have photographic evidence of the two staff members involved. It is baffling that a store with such a complete disregard for customer service and basic business ethics remains open. I am frankly insulted by this treatment given my recent loyalty to your brand. I expect an immediate investigation into this incident and a formal response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation. Regards,
4th of May 2025, I complained about the poor work done on my car where the door is still hanging and it was not at the time of taking my vehicle in, the colour match is incorrect, the back light is not aligned and on this platform I complained and was informed it has been escalated and yet its not the 23th and not even so much as a call or email - service is appalling and pathetic if this is what is established and service delivery on which it cost 74k and the job cant even be done correctly
The worst experience at Farbers coachworks Tokia. I have a rear light broken and my insurance insisted I go to them, I went there and I was informed 10days and my vehicle will be done. 6weeks later and I had still not received my car back, they told me they will call me back, which they never did, so I had to follow up everytime and the manager was still requested to call me which almost 2months later still has not called!!!! My rear light is misaligned, my rear door is misaligned and was not like that before going to them, the colour doesn't match in the light, when I asked why the sensor light is on saying something is wrong on the diagnostics they told me that I will have to take it to havel as they don't have anyone available to do it so I said let me know when it you will have. This was on the 14th of March and nothing. My vehicle went in on the 27th of January and the update received was my vehicle will be ready in 10days where as I only received my vehicle back on the 15th of March. Rental vehicle from insurance has expired and had to request another vehicle and then after all of that still had the audacity to not waiver the excess. My car is still not been done properly, NO ONE HAS EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME!!!! Quick to take your vehicle in but the service is pathetic, the workmanship is poor and no pride in their work. Never will I ever recommend anyone to ever go there. Hopefully this will receive some attention.

First of all we paid R16000 which is 50% of the job to be completed for a gate and wall, so they sent us a quote stating the job would be complete in 5 days. 5wks later we cancelled the gate as they hadn't even started the installation, now we on on our 6 week and they still have not completed the wall which in the total quote was only R10000 out of the R16000 i paid and they are completely avoiding me, so I'm prepared to write the other R6000 off as bad debt and recommend no one ever use them, i would have at least expected for the money i have paid that our wall would be finished without all the cracks in the wall. Its breach of contract and professional negligence
