This company has been debiting my account for R120 for months with a different reference number monthly! I do not know who they are or what they do and I have not authorised any debits from them. I have seen a number of similar reviews here on HelloPeter and I can’t imagine how much they are making from these debits.
Thank you creating a space for South Africans to celebrate great business and warn other of the bad service providers out there!
This company has been debiting my banking account without my authorization. Called Netcash to try get to the bottom of who the company is and I was provided with a number 032 551 5234 which goes straight to voice-mail. The bank on the other hand requires that I cancel the debit with the said company, completely frustrating.

I have had great service from Takealot until recently when they have refused to give me a proof of purchase/invoice from provider Samsung. Its painful beacuse Samsung will only take in my device if I can produce proof of payment.
Thank you to Lehlohonolo Mokgatla for the review of my car insurance policy. The service with Miway has generally been good after 6 years with them, they have well trained staff. There seems to be not much room for negotiation in terms of premiums, its a system and as a customer you must know your fine print and ask about any uncer*****ies from previous calls with consultants if it differs from your current conversation. Lehlohonolo answered these questions and checked with her manager where she was unsure. There one thing I hate to hear of course is there is nothing more I can do for you mam.
I don't know what has happened to MiWay recently but their service seems to have doubled in excellence. I have not had terrible experience with them in the past ( I've been with the company almost 5 years now), but I have experienced quite good service in the past few months with them. I was recently involved in a car accident that resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. MiWay put their best foot forward to assist me with an otherwise emotionally exhausting experience. Thank you to Nonnie Khumalo for her assistance during the claim process. ] Thank you particularly to Tebogo Pitjeng for taking care of my policy in general. The storage unit facility requires that you pay deposit before a storage unit is allocated to you, this will then be returned to you one month after you move out. <br> <br> I paid a deposit of R800 to the storage facility. When it was time to move out, I put in my move request (Number 2105) to move out by 31 January 2015. This was approved and processed and I was given a move-out certificate.<br> <br> A month later I have called company to follow up on my deposit. The only response I received from them is that they are 'looking into' it! 2.5 months later my deposit has not been returned to me. :(
