I wish to raise a concern regarding the issuing of traffic fines. My understanding inow is that PayCity does not generate fines but merely reflects those issued by the relevant traffic departments. However, my concern is that traffic departments are able to load fines onto the system without proper supporting documentation. This has resulted in significant inconvenience on my part. I was required to travel to the local traffic department to resolve the matter, which led to unnecessary travel expenses and loss of time. Upon visiting the traffic department, the fine in question was confirmed to be invalid and was cancelled immediately, further highlighting that it should not have been issued or loaded onto the system in the first place. I kindly request that measures be put in place to ensure that all fines loaded are supported by valid source documentation to prevent similar occurrences in future. Your attention to this matter will be appreciated.
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding Fine Number E21/86830/070/173751, which is currently recorded on your system. I dispute the validity of this fine as there is no supporting evidence provided to substantiate the alleged speeding offence. The notice does not include photographic proof, speed measurement details, location verification, or any documented confirmation of the alleged speed limit that was exceeded. In the absence of such evidence, the fine appears to be unsubstantiated and improperly issued. I therefore request: Full disclosure of all supporting evidence relating to this alleged offence, including certified photographic proof and calibration details of the speed measuring device used. Confirmation of the exact location, applicable speed limit, and recorded speed. Immediate withdrawal of the fine should sufficient evidence not be available. Until credible evidence is provided, I cannot accept liability for this alleged infringement. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide written feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
