I canceled my shortfall cover over 2 months ago to my surprise Wesbank said it was never canceled and I need to prove that I did cancel it. Why should I get involved in their internal process because I was advised that it was canceled and notification will be sent to the Wesbank. If this is sorted in 24 hours , I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman both Motorite and Wesbank will be reported.
I've canceled my shortfall cover because I no longer need it and Motor happy confirmed cancelation and I was told Wesbank will do their cancelation and adjust the installments accordingly however nothing was done. No response to email. April was supposed to be a last month but we are in May and it's still there.
I did on line purchase on the 8th for 1099 and the same amount of 1099 was processed on the 11th on my card with interest and admin fees added, pls explain why?
Worst service ever, the talking robot is the worst thing at the beginning of the call, 6 minutes to get to the consultant.
5 phone calls over 1 hour holding ,they keep cutting calls . I received messages that my policy will lapse however they are not debiting premiums...
Worst service, 1st it's hard to get through to their customer service In November 2024 , my previous complaint below, my insurance premiums were not debited and I begged for the premium to be debited and I was told that they changed systems and the new system is problematic so they are unable to debit my account. I was told not to worry I am still insured and it will be communicated to me for payment arrangement. January premium didn't go through so I made provision for 2 months , January & February to my surprise 3 premiums were debited, I spoke to Taetjo in retentions after explaining she put me on hold, next thing I was transferred to Thulani before I know it, my call was cut off. Do u know how much of a struggle it is to get to any department , Thulani didn't even have a courtesy to call back to continue with the conversation. How do u debit 3 premiums without communication, when your systems messed up.
No update on order, it says delivery was delayed by 3-5 days, 7 days later still no updates. How long does it take to deliver, their WhatsApp Is a robot, when are we getting our orders
I've been struggling to get hold of your customer service for the past 3 weeks ,I'll hold for long. 4x promised call backs but nothing My car was involved in accident the claim was approved and then the whole of November to date the car is still at the panel beater. The problem is my account was never debited end of November Should anything happen what would happen since my account was never debited l. I called to arrange convenience drive I was told they can't help me because my policy is not active. I had to spend 360 on Uber that day. Now that I have the car back I'm scared to drive it because I don't know if it's insured or not
Truworths Sandton worst service ever. I receive a birthday gift which I wanted to exchange, I had a receipt with me and I was told the person who bought me the gift needs to come and exchange it. How rude now I must go get some1 from KZN to come and change the gift. I don't want refund I just, wanted the same item in a different color.
3rd time being messed up, If I could I would give them 0 star. I requested an Uber ride for 13:00, comes 13:00 there is no ride. I called and I've been put on hold for long, my airtime being wasted..then I get call at 13:40 saying my their ubber service is not working. I am running late for my meeting. This has turned out to be the worst day ever. We make this arrangements early so that when the time comes there will no inconveniences but noooo who arrives almost an hour late to a meeting, who will take a person serious? I will be canceling my policy 1st thing Monday morning.
