Today I was disappointed by the Clinic in Bergville at Amazizi Clinic, my cousin had a severe asthma attack today and we got there and the nurses cars were parked but the security guards were told to send us away to the next Clinic of which it's about 15km away and about 30 minutes drive in Oliviershoek and we were riding on prayer that we will get there in time. This is a crying shame since this is a public institution supposed to serve us as tax payers and citizens of this country.
I keep getting billed for security services for a house that was sold last year May and the company keeps sending me letters threatening to hand an account I have called in to cancel numerous times. This will have an effect on my credit score and I am tired of keep calling in to ask them to cancel this service. What does one do in cases like this?
We have an ongoing issue with an individual who sold us a house and we are not getting any assistance from Clientele Legal, no contact from them even after we were told to communicate with them via whatsapp but still nothing. What a disappointment and it's too late to cancel our subscription with them and look for someone else who would be able to assist us.
Hi I have an account with Mobicred through a third party that I've registered with and I was contacted by Rafia to state that my account is in arrears whereas I have paid. I'm just querying if this Rafia is even working for Mobicred because when I call the number she called me on I get some doctors office and I fear that I might be paying Mobicred account onto someone else's account. Please help
I recently went into the East Gate Telkom branch and the staff members treated me really well when i was applying for a landline, the issue came with Telkom's turnaround time for re-activating my line. I was told to deposit R700 into the Telkom account of which i did and i waited almost 2 months without any communication as to why the line was not activated and for a technician to come. I went back to the branch and asked to cancel this registration of which they cancelled and I am still waiting for my R700 to be returned back to me, and even when i call their call center no one seems to answer my calls. It has been one of the worst experiences ever in my life and I would not recommend their service to anyone.
I have a 12 Months contract with Liquid Telecom/Neotel, and what a horrible experience it has been, they are really bad at communicating whether they are debiting extra money from my account for penalties that i knew nothing off or when there is a technical error on their internet service. I have been going without internet for a whole month now and when i called in to let them know about this, they sent out their technicians who expressed to me that there was nothing they could do for me I just have to carry on paying until my contract is done and look for another service provider, which basically means that I am *****ed for the next 7 months. Please save yourself the grief and don't even consider Liquid Telecom.
In reply to Stephens comment: thank you someone did get in contact with me but i still have an issue with that because she said she would liaise with me regarding my payment arrangement but she has not until today, and i know the next call i will be receiving is NBA saying i owe a lot of money. Please if you can also assist me with this i will be grateful
Lat year 2015 i wrote a complaint about my contract being duplicated by Zone Fitness. I received a call thereafter from one of their accounts people and he asked me to send in the two contracts and he promised to investigate this matter on my behalf, which i did. This year i receive an SMS from Norman Bissett and Associate stating that i owe Zone fitness some six thousand rands, regardless the fact that last year at the time of my complaint i owed the some two thousand rands. I know that Ashley does not work there for them and i assume they dismissed him for his fraudulent ways and i also work in Sales and i know how easy it is to manipulate a system and a client however i would never stoop that low just to make a quick buck. I am just extending a WARNING to you future clients of any gym that they make it easy for you to join but to get out of the contract it feels like your taking a journey through HELL, they make you feel like you owe them for no longer wanting to use their facilities, so THINK TWICE.
i asked to be signed up for 2 years and when i made an upgrade to super club they changed the terms to three years without notifying me. Since i signed next to that slot for 3 years they are saying i have to pay the 3 year term amount. but on the first contract i still have 2 years and this is because the terms were not properly explained to me regarding my upgrade which i was not even aware existed.<br> <br> I would advice people to keep away from gyms that exploit peoples lack of knowledge, i admit i also am at fault for not taking note of the new terms when making that upgrade, but i am seriously not happy about their service.
