Professional speedy service
Excellent professional service. We ordered a part from Modern Auto Parts which we received within a few days. We then found out that the part we had ordered was incorrect (our fault), thankfully we did not open the packaging of the part. We contacted Modern Auto Parts and they immediately arranged a courier to collect the part as well as a refund for us. This is such fantastic service, I would highly recommend them based just on that.

Excellent service and advice
We had excellent service today from Octavia Ndadza patiently explaining details of our policy and doing a revision of our policy. She was able to put things in a way that simplified everything and this allowed us to make an informed deceision that best suited our needs. We are happt Outsurance clients and can recommend them.

Surprisingly Great Service and easy to use App
We have just switched to Outsurance after 30 years with Standard Bank Insurance brokers due to the latters inept, unprofessional service. The process has being simple and easy to do, the consultants are well informed and are always cheerful when chatting to you. The fact that you can request a call back is amazing, this is rare with any company these days. We would highly recommend Outsurance, we have being pleasantly surprised by them. Lastly their app is comprehensive and very easy to use which is an added bonus

Fast, Efficient and Professional
From start to finish this company was professional and efficient. In less then a week after we ordered a product online we received it couriered to our door, and we reside in a different province so that says a lot. In addition their pricing is very competitive which is why we used them in the first place. We would highly recommend them.
