Woolworths Financial is most pathetic. 5 March 2020 - apply & approved for Credit card 17/3/2020 -SMS received to receive voucher using card before 22/3/2020 18/3/2020 - Bank charges of R155 25/3/2020 - Receive mail regarding "Card Problems" 23 - 24 & 25/3/2020 - Receive sms from DSV to expect a call regarding delivery of said card 16/4/2020 - DSV confirm delivery to take place 29/4/2020 - DSV again confirm delivery and delivery address 4/5/2020 - Receive cars from DSV 6/5/2020 - Store can not activate card as no pin was sent with card, NO financial services available. How pathetic can Woolworths really be? And during all this time, I am being charged for a card that Woolworths will not activate, a card that is useless. And it took 2 months before receiving this card.
