I am extremely disappointed with Vodacom after being double debited from my bank account without any warning or explanation. This has caused unnecessary stress, financial inconvenience, and extra bank charges that I should not have to deal with as a loyal customer. What exacerbates the situation further is the poor customer experience. Your chatbot is completely useless!
Placed an order last week Thursday with next-day delivery, but a full week later I received a message saying it was lost in transit and that my account would be credited. This delay and lack of communication were extremely disappointing, especially after paying for expedited delivery.
I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with SkyNet's drivers, who I believe are contracted to do Pargo collections. It is clear that they do not understand what they are doing, which causes serious confusion and unnecessary delay. The lack of coordination and communication is shocking.
My second complaint in less than a week. An incorrect email address was provided by an employee. Is this because they are ***********, or are you deliberately trying to delay the processing of a claim? Also, why are your employees sending a link taking me to Capitec's intranet, prompting me to complete my work email?!
I am so disappointed in your service. I'm not even sure why I still bank with Capitec. It is completely unacceptable that payments cannot be processed on the last working day of the month - the very day most people need transactions to go through. Salaries, rent, bills, and supplier payments depend on end-of-month processing and your inability to handle payments.
Received a message at 01:07 this morning stating my parcel was ready for collection and that I should bring identification with me. However, when I went to the collection point, no one, including the staff on site and the Pargo staff I had called, had any knowledge of the parcel or the notification I had received.
Pick n Pay - Northlands Corner: Staff don't even know the products you sell. Do you not train staff, or do you put them behind the counter and hope they figure it out? The woman wearing a Springbok jersey (no name badge?) had no idea what an Aramex bag is. She looked at me as if I were from another planet. The so-called female manager is equally useless. No wonder you have to close 1000s of stores. Close this one too, so a Checkers can open instead.
Your intercom or loudspeaker has been producing very loud and repetitive noise, which can clearly be heard from nearby homes. The volume and frequency have made it disruptive, particularly during early morning and daytime hours.
If yoy ever have the misfortune of dealing with Bafana, Tshepo or Jeffery, I wish you the best of luck. I have yet to meet more incompetant drivers. Parcels dont get collected, untill you raise the issue with Fastway head office. They have also on not 1, not 2 but 3 occasions, also collected deliveries, delivered to me by other courier companies, with no instruction to do so. Resulting in me thinking my parcels are ****** and opening cases at the police station. Stay far away, unless you want to be frustrated endlessly. Take your business to The Courier Guy. They collect prompty, and someone deliver even on the same say. Fastway doesn't even collect, let alone deliver within a reasonable time.
