I have ordered expensive products from this company for over three weeks. They haven't responded to my WhatsApp or emails since. And I haven't received the products.
DStv Packages are a reap off. When you want an upgrade, you can do it anytime but when it comes to down grades you have to wait for a certain date of the month. This is a human right infringement. Here is the trap that you fall in when you sign up with them South Africa: "If you upgrade your Package Option, the change will apply immediately, but if you downgrade the change will only apply at the end of your current billing period." The only reason you would want to downgrade DStv, having been a loyal client consistently is because instead of suspending the service, you're willing to pay less you decievers. You should be ashamed of yourself reaping the nation off like that. This term needs to change.
I bought a chain saw at game which was broken immediately after wards without falling. After just one use it couldn't work any more and has a two year garantee. Upon taking it to game for repairs and getting an attitude from the consult it was taken for assessment and came back as it was before. I'd like a refund for a chainsaw that was garanteed to last me for two years. I'm tired of speaking to the store as my complaints are clearly falling on deaf ears. I don't want any negotiation or talks just my money back. Thanks
I've been trying to order a mobility device for a child with disabilities through this company and they are giving me a run around. The family is struggling and getting frustrated because the child lives with a disability, is getting heavy by the day, cannot move around or be moved around. I'm really disappointed with the service of this place.
Currently experiencing problems with Takealot online store. I'm extremely frustrated with them. I've been getting a run around by call center agents in terms of getting my order even though I paid and sent proof of payment. Its been 5 days now. What a waste of time. Just get my products to me mhen. This is so exhausting! Sies Up your game takealot otherwise you'll loose.
I bought a TOSHIBA external hard drive in this store and it stopped working after 9 months. The business owner told me he cant give me a refund for the product after giving me a long run around and than gave me an inferior brand Transcend which had a broken seal. I'm dissatisfied with their service. I've been a loyal customer to this company since I arrived in this town and have was dissatisfied with their service this time. Id like to get my money back or at least a sealed product.
Dear Sir or Madam<br> <br> I bought a samsung galaxy fame light phone from the above mentioned store in August of last year. In November the 17 th the phone froze and was completely dead. I took it to the store on the 17th and they told me to come back after 3 weeks. Then 4 weeks. Basically the store hasnt gotten back to me eversince last week Friday when I went to check again. This is an inconvinience to me. they gave me a compansation phone were I can recieve calls but I cannot connect to the internet and social media. This is inconviniencing me greatly. Please help. I wrote old mutual the following and haven't been assisted with my complaint since :Dear Sir or Madam I have a problem. A number of 3 group schemes have been deducting from my pay slip. There was an old mutual representative that spoke to me about a policy that I wasnt interested in. The thing I wanted was to change a premium payment payer from my mum to me. This guy tricked me and signed me up for 3 group schemes of which the manager at old mutual called to confirm and I did not accept. I would like you to cancel these group schemes and get a refund as soon as possible because this has not only been more than an inconvenience to me but has also been a concerning work ethic and a violation of human rights as I did not AGREE to the contract and they don't have any evidence of a phone call were I did. I hope you will help me soon. I talked to the representative and he couldn't so I'm taking this to higher management which is you. If you can't help me with this I'm afraid I will have to take to the next level f authorities. I am so disappointed with Debonairs. They delivered our pizza five hours later. I want a free pizza and my money back. I'm just speechless. What a disappointment.
Im encountering this problem for the second time. Debonairs pizza said they would deliver in 45 minutes to an hour. 1 hour and thirty minutes later they still haven't. I had to call them the last time. This time I call the head office and the lady who helps me says I must call the store. I was just so annoyed beyond that my rights as a customer have been violated. How can you lie to a client about waiting times. If they would have told me to wait 1 hour and a half maybe I could have been prepared for that or rejected and looked for another place or store. I'm really not happy about this.
