I have had absolutely ******* customer service from MTN SA ,from being debited within a short space of time on ky initial start of the home business wifi to being cut of monthly for the last 3 months because of funds in my account. Why do you send an sms with the due date for payment ans cut services that are contradicting your sms .staff ans managers are not helpful at the customer service department. Im being owed so many days of internet and there is no accountability .
Kfc Kwadukuza mall serving burnt chicken with black pieces of God knows what in the gravy and no mash .Purchased a promotional meal , the minni loaves where not included, I called the store 8 times to query and on the 9th time I got an answer from Krinola , who advised that things are hectic and I should come pick my mini loaves tomorrow or whenever I pass . I need not explain why I needed today with the order . Poor service and food quality .
Had my 1st experience with a missing item , I just requested to receive the item via delivery as it was for kids and one was missing ,I did not in any way request anything free nor did I requested anything extra. For my inconvenience I received a coupon to the value of the amount of the missing item at R24 , I quried the fact that I still had to pay delivery and minimum spend on the app does not allow me to do so . I was told that that's all the compensation I would get and the delivery would be paid for . How does one check out with a minimum spend not met , 🤔
A big company like A forbes says they are short staffed to complete a provident fund claim. 6 months of emails back and forth with no solid feedback. The only reply is we are escalating to our supervisor, then escalating to the manager and the circus continues.
The Illembe staff are most unhelpful. The doesburg area has no water for 5 days, we attempted to call the office daily but to no satisfaction. The staff are either rude, not competent to transfer calls to the correct departments, or to even answer the question at hand. From switchboard to Ravi in finance, to the call centre, to khano, to nhlanhla and they keep passing the buck. In addition the to the above doesburg residents are rate payers too, the water issue persists the for months on end, while surrounding Llindelani and Stanger manor have water at those times. I would love to see new staff, new faces with the hunger to serve the community, sound empathetic even if your must pretend.
App is not user friendly. After receiving and order we found the cake had been badly damaged in transit. The app does not give an option to have the item exchanged, only a credit inro the checkers wallet or inro the back account after 7 days. It's a very big inconvenience.
Kfc Raisethorpe What poor managing, doors were open with next to nothing available to buy. No chicken, no burgers but doors are open and customers not told upfront. Visited store at 10.30 pm, cars in the drive through and doors open, manager on duty Noluthando.. 10 February 2024
Such a wonderful experience at Stanger Lewis stores, at the door we were met with big smiles by the friendlest sales people. Sabelo Chiconela was our assigned sales person and what brilliant service. His explanation and advice on the items we were interested in was in point. Absolutely loved our experience and we definitely recommend the Stanger branch
Unfriendly staff at truworths elements ballito junction. Inquired with Indian young lady at around 17.50pm Thursday 4 January, regarding a change in foundation. The lady then commented that she was in charge of only the Revlon counter and if I wanted then I must come between 9 to 5 pm. She proceeded to see me out of the store without inquiring if I was willing to try any Revlon products.
Momentum sends through communication to advertise products but not to reply regarding my with drawl , information not correct ,I sent through documents 2 weeks ago and constantly email for feedback only to get an sms today 1 june 2023 to say Momentum is awaiting my documents .I have screen shot my initial email and all the follow up's I have made since then .
