Would like to launch complain with Debonairs Northgate Mall, we bought Large pizza and wings and decided to buy 3 water bottles but my son he wanted sprite not water when we try to exchange one water for sprite the cashier by the name of Portia she refused said is not possible with a serious attitude. I request her name she said NO because she knew I wanted to report her bad behavior and service. She decided to refund us for the water NOT exchange. Date : 23 May 2026 Time : 20:40
Order not delivered, no communication nothing. They even not answering phones. I just want my refund and im done with netflorist.
My car is been in an accident for 2 weeks going for 3rd week I filled all form and accident report but my insurance seem not to care anymore, they even told me they dont recognise my policy number, broker keeps talking me for a ride, tell ne same story that they will call me back. It seem like this whole thing is a scam. Im done with western national insurance co. Abd their brokers. I rather pay more for miway or outsurance than get horrible service.
I bought HDMI 5m cable around 9.15am and took it home to connect it, only to find out it has loose pins and not working, I return the cable around 13.00pm same day, First i was told is not their cable when i ask them to check other cables to see if they are identical, then that's when i was told they don't do exchange and refund. they said i broke cable, i asked if they tested all cabled before selling them and they said NO. I will never buy and recommend any 1 to matrix. in fact i want to take this matter further, who else can help for me to get my money back.
