Not the greatest of experience in receiving and dealing a faulty screen received from Loyiso Skweyiya and A2z Tech Solutions. Screens were purchased in July 2024 with faults and till today the issue has not been resolved. The ever moving goal posts of when a replacement will come has kept moving to date (2 June 2025) Praying for a miracle to help Loyiso Skweyiya be a man of his word.
<p>Poor "retentions team", call centre keeps forwarding calls to ghost people ie. Dipuo, Madika and Palesa Modise. They just dont want to get involved in fixing errors I reported on the hand over report 26 November 2016. Booked a session to repair "repairs" that were suppossed to be do during December2016. Move in 3 January same story as I left it 26 November 2016. Great way to move your new house.</p> <p> </p>
Its been been almost 4 months now without receiving my account statements from JDG group on items have purchased from Hi Fi Corp. i have contacted the customer service line and reported the query to above mentioned two staff, with no assistance. I was told the reason I was not receiving the statements was that they will be sending a a quarterly statement(that never arrived also been a month now). All I want is an updated statement on my accounts and that will be it because of this reckless handling of my query I will not purchase anything from a store that has JDG group as their admin service provider
I understand that capitec is gaining from my sistuation, Its been almost 6 months with no feedback regarding a lodged complaint withe Capitec Banks Nazeemah Van Der Linde Complaint Management Officer Complaint Management in regards with someone using my personal information to fraudulently open an account with the bank, all required documentation including affidavit and all that were submitted to Capitec bank last year November 2014 its July 2015 well \simplicity is the ultimate sophistication"this doesn't apply to YOUR bank. I have been in contact with Capitec regarding a person using my credentials to open an account at Capitec, the last feedback or contact made by Nazeemah van der Linde was in January 9 2015 following email communication. Since then its has been two months of no update or progress on the issue, I can understand if Capitec are reluctant to remove the impostors account form their bank because someway he/she is a customer bringing revenue.
