Worse Service ever !
This is the worst place to get customer service 3 sales ladies sitting the tables on there cell phones not interested to assist any customers after asking we help was told we can look in the room across from reception still not even came lady to assist I will personally get rid all of them definitely will not recomend Picasso flooring to anyone !!

Worse service ever !
Worse service ever after we decided to take some friends of us for the first time last night to Blackwood Pub for the T bone special after we arrived we first had to find our own table then removed the previous guests plates and glasses from table our self to make space for us to be seated waiting an hour not one single waiter ask to help, after we managed to get a waiter and order drinks we order the T bone special a hour later the waiter return as we are waiting for our food he tell us sorry he don't think they have enough T bones would we like to order something else. Your Service Suck !! Last time we will ever go there we paid the drinks and left and had an amazing time at Bosvelder quick service and our food was perfect will highly recommend them

Peugeot 207cc More in workshop than Running
I bought a 207cc This car just keep been recall for factory faults just got it back last week for timing belt and water-pump recall, previous repairs include starter motor, Bluetooth telephone communication, Air con ex list goes on , I had to also replace the power steering motor, R12 000.00 Clutch Valve R 6000.00 and it has not even got 100 000 on the clock yet looks like this was a Friday special. Now again I am running in Limp mode as the car tells me Anti Pollution system faulty according to Peugeot this is now a turbo intake pipe another R 3000.00 this is a joke and worse it have a full service record with Peugeot. Think this car need to be recalled and replaced. Only positive is that at least Peugeot recall this fault but so many on one car ?? but know it is broken a again come on Serious !!

Great Service
I had a problem with my Car power steering Motoride Instructed me to take it to the dealer and have it checked out within a day it was cleared with motoride and they have given the dealer the go ahead to do the repair<br> <br> I can Recommend Motoride to All. ( Motoride , JJ and Team Great Service Thank You !)

Not willing to repair vehicle
I have bought a vehicle form a dealer after driving if for a month I decide to take out a motoride policy that if some thing happen I am covered. 2 Months later my clutch failed and power steering light comes on. I phone motoride as the the vehicle broke down and need to be towed. The say fine I must tow in and they will refund towing. I payed R650 for the vehicle to be towed to the dealer. After the dealer submit the claim, They refuse to pay as the service was not carried out with in a year of the last service next service as per dealer stamp is only on 80 000 km more them 18 000km away from current km I could also not do the service as I only have the vehicle for 3 months and was under the impression that the service was only at 80 000 km when I bought it. How can they sell me this policy and then they did not tell me this was a problem when I take out this policy, that this service was not done and the vehicle did not even do 5000 km since I bought it ? <br> So I am sitting with a policy that have no support, Broken vehicle, and repair cost I must pay myself ! <br> Please stay away from motoride they just going to take your money and you going to have a policy you need to pay
