I am very disappointment in the treatments this company gave us. Over Promise and under Deliver from the sales rep Kyle, he come out to our house we explained to him what is wrong he climbed on our roof and said he know exactly what to do here and wat to do to stop the leaks on our our . After almost waiting a month after I paid the full balance they came to fix my roof. After the technician was there my roof still leaked they came back for a second time they said the fixed the problem but my roof still leaks. I have send numerous messages to there Kyle and he does not respond I send him a message again asking who is going to respond to my messages he then said as soon as he is at the office he will phone me guess what he did not phone me back . Kyle is very unprofessional in what he is doing he after sales is pathetic. I would definitely not recommend them coming out to any house or business for any type of repairs . I only wish I did read there very very bad reviews before using them . PLEEEEEEEAAAAAASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SALES REP DONT GET CAUGHT IS THERE FLASE PROMISES .

Opentel is a ******s company there technical department is arrogant and the speak to like you are beneath them and are you are an idiot stay away I am cancelling my subscription with them with immediate effect.
Honesty looking at all the bad review about you guy and the fact that you are still in business is astonishing tired of struggling with my fiber every night . Opentel standing for Lies *******ion and *****ing .
Hi have joined this company last Month . We had zoom meetings with them where we had a layout plan from what is our expectations and what is our basis needs. On there advert they are stating that we will receive between 4-8 leads a week from them . That is there statement on their advert. They first off all do not reply on emails. You wait weeks for them to reply on Whatss up messages after you can see that message was delivered and read. They do not reply back on phone call nor do they answer them . If you ask for a senior person to contact you even that does not happen and you cc them into your mails send to the head consultant person. Business wise is not a company that I would recommend for any one to use they over promise and under deliver. They are very unprofessional in what they do . And as a service provider myself in two companies I have never seen such unprofessionalism at all. They do not meet there dead lines that was given to them to reply back to their client I have chosen to make use of there services but deeply regret it and again would advise anyone to stay away from them . We have received 5 non usable leads from them in one month and one week
again another 4 days without internet will I be getting any credit for the day that we where offline this is a continues problem with an unreliable service provider stealing my money paying for something I don't get and then they can even phone you back with an answer on when the sh#t will be sorted out . Pathetic and full of excuses
So again I am sitting again with this company I really can't complain about there service because there is no service holding on for 30 minutes for them to answer there phone and still no one to assist you . For no reason at all the discontinued our service in December last year when we phoned them they said no payment was received but it was not even time for our debit order to go off. They made us do an eft before reconnecting us again. Today again no internet . HOLDING ON FOR 30 MIN NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Rain maybe you should close your doors because you suck big time
Rain 5G is not up to standard. We are more off line than we are online. They can never give us a proper answer on when there issues will be resolve . When you speak to an operator they are incompetent and can not speak proper English to you. They are quick to tell you when your next billing date will be in effect but when you ask to speak to a manager the tell you no one is available. I really think they can sharpen there pencil in customer service and up grade there system / equipment. We pay our bill every month on time but are off line 3 - 4 days in a row.
I was wrong and I man enough to say I was wrong I did give Neotronics SA a bad review . But what Marvin did me for was unthinkable never thought that there is still companies in this country that has any pride left in them . Marvin I will always be grateful for what you did for me . I can say with pride that this is a company that stands out above all other companies and will have my support always . Neotronics SA well done and keep up the good work and the pride that you serve your customers .
I bought a Kuzey S900 from them on the 22nd of September 2019 and received the Retray X Pro . I have been corresponding with Kyle ever since . Been messed around about the delivery times more than once .Eventually I got my tracking number after nagging Kyle about it everyday . When my parcel was delivered eventually by the Courier guy I received the incorrect product and incomplete parcel . Everything I order was not there. I phoned Kyle and send him the pictures of the product received he blamed the Courier Company . I phoned him 4 times and every time he said he will phone me back which did not happen . On Monday the 30th he told me that he has send me the correct product from Durban and it will be there the next morning . When I asked him the next day for an update which I send him at 08h34 he read my message but no response from him . I personally would think twice of ever ordering any thing from SA Armour Sales and Solutions ever again it is with great disappointment that I cannot recommend them as Service Provider of the year .Because they are not . Kyle you cant take peoples money and not delivered them there product or send them incorrect product promising that all will be sorted .
