I am highly disappointed with Beko reps in Hirsch's Centurion. I purchased 6 Beko appliances and after unboxing them, the washing machine looked like it has been used. There are visible traces of soap residue on the door and at the entrance of the machine and there are water-related rust-like blackish marks on the metal parts, clearly indicating prior exposure to moisture without proper drying. There are also visible marks and fingerprints on the inside of the door, further confirming that this machine has been previously used. When I contacted Hirsch's, I was told that the machines that they have in the store are the same. They say they were testing the machines, but my question is, why didn't they clean the machines properly for the customer? Like, why do I have to start cleaning up the machine before using it, especially after paying so much money for it? I'm so hurt because I really love Beko from what I have been told about it, which is why I bout all those appliances. It's said to be a good brand and I believe that but the problem is the reps and whoever is testing those machines. And the person who was boxing that machine, why did he do it in that state?
I'm so frustrated with Web africa and to think that I once shared a good review about them really makes me sad. I haven't had any bad experience with them but now, I feel like they are letting me and most of their clients down with the poor service they are providing us with. It's been over a week now, since we've had normal internet connection and today we just don't have any internet connection. Whenever you WhatsApp them, you wait forever for an agent who never shows up. When you try the live chat, the agent just leaves the chat without even talking to you and they send you a message that they "have technical problems, please try again later." My issue is that I now don't even know where to escalate this matter and this is frustrating because I paid for fiber bt I don't have internet connection. So it means I paid for nothing
Everyone there was willing to assist us and they are all patient no matter how undecided you are. I was also helped by searching for products using SKUs, which made things easier for me to find my products online. I just love how friendly everyone is there
We are renovating at home and one of the builders cut off the cable by mistake when he was removing the tiles. The technicians arrived the following day around 8am and they fixed my problem in less than an hour. Mind you, the incident happened on a Friday and we had already thought that they would only be able to assist us on Monday🙆🏽♀️Thank you for bringing back the excitement of entertainment for me and my kids because we thought we were going to be bored for the weekend🤗Vumatel ke BOSS🙃Your customer service knocked the socks off my feet as I wasn't expecting such quick turnaround time🙌🏽

MatheMagics is boss! The lessons in the software are easy to understand, and they are what's necessary for my kids. I also play around with some of the lessons, and it's so much fun! I feel so disappointed with this bank that I have used for more than a decade. I lost my job in 2020 and I have a credit card with them. So this year, I could no longer pay for the credit card and I have been paying for unemployment insurance. I went to my branch and explained my story. I was given an email where I needed to submit my documents so that my insurance can cover me. It's been 5 months now and no one has ever bothered to respond to my email. I went back to the bank because they are still running a debit order and taking my R350 relief grant. I was told that my application was pending and they gave me contact details to customer services. When I talked to the credit card department I was told that my application was declined without any reason given to me. My R350 is still being taken for the credit card installment, sometimes my children's support grant (depending if I don't get paid the R350). I am still charged for umemployment insurance even when I no longer work. There's also this huge amount charged as interest on purchases and I don't even understand why because I don't make purchases on my credit card as there's zero balance. This is so unfair, if I had known I wouldn't have re**** on the unemployment insurance because it didn't help me at all. It would have been so appreciated if I had an explanation as to why my application was declined.
I was using rain and since I lost my job I couldn't afford paying for it any longer. I tried contacting them multiple times and my phone wasn't picked up. There was also no option to cancel the sim card on the website or the app as it was greyed out. Now they say I owe R2500 and what confuses me is I haven't been using their wifi. What exactly am I owing because they have blocked me from using the internet? If I wasn't blocked I would understand but this is daylight *******. I'm now handed over for owing a service that I was blocked from using. Rain is a **** company and they hardly every solve issues that we have like their poor network issues. They are quick to tell you that you owe them when they provide poor services. They only care about you coming on board as a customer but once you have issues or want to cancel their contract they are nowhere to be found. Next thing you are billed for a service you were blocked from using and at that time, you are not even given an option to cancel their contract. This is absurd, total **** this company and I regret ever getting involved with them
I have a contract with GT cellular and I lost my phone within a month. I contancted Lwazi who was assisting me and she said they will give me a new phone with an extra charge as soon as my first debit order hasfone through. She asked me to call her as soon as they have debited the money so that she can proceed with the application for the replacement phone. Now I'm always calling her and she's making empty promises,saying she'll get back to me in a few minutes but she never does!!! She's a liar and as a client I feel like I don't have to be reminding her to do her job and going after her all the time! GT cellular treats customers like trash!!!

When I settled the loan, I was told that they would foward me the settlement letter but even now I haven't received anything from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called them about 3 weeks back and I was told the very same thing, but to my surprise, I still haven't received anything. This is bad for my reputation as I have paid up my dues with Finchoice!!!!!!!!!</p>
