Good day My name is ntombi I have booked a locker last weekend for the parcel that will be coming from Durban. According the the sender he deposited the parcel on tuesday due to lockers being full after depositing the parcel he check the stutus is showping to be deposited still he told the drivers that were there to collect the staff from lockers that his parcel is not chaging status and he showed them which locker he deposited and the driver told him that this locker does not want to open. I have sent an several emails yraying to get the parcel as I sell these clothes from durban every time I am told driver will go back to the locker I have answered all questions they asked me about tge parcel and still my parcel has not been allocated and the waybill number has expired as it was showong to be deposited even though it has been deposited by the sender. I am frustated one by the response from the courier and the fact that I might not get my staff and its a lot of money used to buy that staff. Clothes, gold s****,folks and knives tge people who orderd the staff are also on my case as some has paid deposits for their orders. Good Evening I don't know where to start I have recently started usiplng Pudo Courier Service subsidary of courier guy. My niece sent me clothes on the 13 July 2023 and the code to open the locker was created same. I am a reseler so she buy clothes in Durban and send them to me I have opted to use Pudo as it is cheap and convinient for me. and it was working well until this order went missing Days went by my order is not coming I sent her for other clothes to buy and I thought is just a delay then a week the other order came then I realised that no maan something has not arrived and I had an order from mpumalanga which from the same week of the missing parcel. They hatold me they are investingating no one is uodating me on what is happening ever time i questions this parcel other one told me that it expired and I asked how can it expire when it was created the same day sent put in the locler the same day. no one is taking responsibility of the parcel this is the locker they LOCK01164099. And to this day I am still using their service and the same niece is sending me the clothes I want answers that is my money that I used to buy the stock(clothes).
Good day bus ticket 2604230659RX590 I am lodging a complain regarding the service of the intercape buses. I am from cape town 6:30 to Durban we have been changing buses about 3 times and this one is the fourth one and we are stranded why do back up buses are not serviced on time stay readyily there for emergencies that may occur. and some buses are fixed right infront of us. and yet we have booked the bus on time and we use it because we need the service or is it because intercape is the "only busy" that I thought has service. and you get their call centre agents giving attitude when we enquire. why are using ild buses that have serious deadly issues air bag burst never heard if that one while the bus is on stand stil. the other one was just not moving only want to be driven in 20 km. the third engine problem why are we getting substandard buses while we pay cash no credit and we must spend more on food because we hungry. and yet when you want to cancel you are told about cancelation fees where as you getting poo service.
Good afternoon I would like assistance regarding Cash crusader in Parow sanlam centre bought an IPhone from then in 2021 on 12 of December. The did not want to charge and I took it back on the 4th of January 2022 Thursday last week I called to find out if it has come back and they told me the 21 days has not expired yet and the phone has not come back from repairs. And said the store will call me till now I have not received the call from anyone explaining where is my phone. And I have been calling since ten in the morning. Please assist as I feel so frustrated by this. hi there I don't know how many times ai have call the number 010 753 2126 for the call Centre no one is picking up started last week and went to the store on stared this is still regarding my claim and they are not picking up i am really frustrated now. they close at 5 at the shop i have spent more that 6 rand just today holding on with no answer . please intervene ever since this shop has been taken over by RCS they have no service no care at all for their customers .. how i wish i could change insurer. and my premium has not been fixed as well as according their partner Hollard/ IUA R554.37 AND my account is not updated they just eating my hard earned money.
I am an Edgar's account holder and I have been trying to lodge a claim for the phone this was in march 2021 I went to the store and they made the call to the insurer only to find that my details have not been updated since the last claim and i have been going back and fourth every time they say my details still not updated i have sent emails trying to have this problem fixed and the insurer AUI sent me an email saying they have updated the information. other other hand I took a phone in October its cost was around 3299 I paid that in 3 months but my bill does not come down and my premium for insurance to the Edgars they say I am suppose to pay 600 and some odds where AUI says 500 and some odds of which that is what is known to me I have record of the emails from AUI . this is frustrating to me as I need the insurance for my gargets and phones i have been with them for a long time and its no easy to get insurance from other stores if you bought the phones and gargets else where other wise i would leave them with immediate effect. and I cant afford not have insurance for my phones and gargets as they cost a lot . please assist.

In october I found out that i was pregnant . I tried to contact them wantin to findout which gynae I can use that take the medical aid. they have no list of theier own doctors and and they could not find anyhelp I have to find the gynae myself even today. and they said their medical aid is taken at chris bardanad hospital got theree laa gynae want me and my husband to pay cash for all the service i need. now I am sitin at a day hospital asn time is moving closer for me to give birth. Please help as I have tried my best with the medical aid they unfortuantely cant help. even though they do cover pre natal according to them. But I am not enjoying any of those benefits as it part of my benefit. medical aid memeber number **********6. They have not contact as they promised to do so.
