I am a loyal Supa Quick Boksburg Customer, but I have encountered a bad experience on 20 March 2026. I only wanted my wheel balancing to be done, specifically on the front wheels which was refurbished and in need of balancing, but the representative named Frans was clearly focussed on trying to convince me that the vibration was caused by my rear tyres which is at approximately 2mm from the wear indicators. He continuedly interrupted me, making me a **** on my personal experiences, and argued each and every aspect, instead of listening to what I am telling him. The staff who did the actual work and who balanced the wheels deserve a 5-star + rating, but their good service was unfortunately destroyed by a person who still need to learn that not all Customers are stupid or unknowledgeable when it comes to the technical aspects on tyres. My advice would be for Frans to listen to understand instead of listening to start an argument.
Their communication with the customer might need a tiny adjustment, but the end product was absolutely amazing. Even my friends tried to find problems and could just come up with compliments.
I bought the 1st Pure Pleasure electric blanket in the beginning of the winter in 2024. The controller stopped working after 4 months just before the end of the winter. Then I bought the 2nd Pure Pleasure electric blanket to replace Pure Pleasure number 1. The controller on Pure Pleasure number 2 packed up within the first week of the 2025 winter.
