After-sales service is disgusting!! Marcel and Simoné were happy to take our money for a new pool. After the installation, we had numerous problems with the pool. Marcel promised to come fix them but never arrived. Now he refuses to take my calls. We bought a solid safety pool cover from Marcel that does not fit. He refuses to fix the cover so we now have a very expensive cover we can not use. Very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially for the money we paid.
<p>The office guru asked to come and see us about our internet and Telkom lines. She explained to us that Telkom was no longer replacing stolen copper cables and that it was best to move to an LTE wireless line. She also gave a whole list of other features and benefits that the system offered.<br /> <br /> Suffice to say this was all a line and the system could not offer the features we needed. We had a follow up meeting with them, where she said that she misunderstood our needs. My personal feeling is she would have said anything to get the contract.<br /> <br /> The equipment that is in place has problems virtually every second day. Peter never returns calls or emails. We regularly have customers complaining that they cannot get through to us. this has had a big affect on our business and the office guru do not care. I asked for details on getting out of the contract. The office guru sent us a ridiculous, unsubstantiated figure that was way more than the full contract value.<br /> <br /> I wish I had checked HelloPeter before signing with them. They are so dishonest and do not care about their clients. There are numerous reports on this site about their bad service. BE WARE!</p>
