Aucor failed to provide Vehicle Paper or Refund

I bought 2 trucks on auction in Jan 2022. the trucks were non-runners. Since 2022 I have been emailing and calling Aucor to try and get papers for the trucks being taken from pillar to post. I was promised that the papers would be provided and recreated as the company that owned the trucks got liquidated. I was made to take pictures of the trucks and tags in hope that Aucor will recreate papers. In 2025, I requested a refund from Aucor as they failed to honor any of their promises. They decided to stay quiet and refuse to pay my refund. I am sitting with Trucks I cannot register as they do not have papers and Aucor does not care.
