My toiletry bag was ****** from my carry on luggage today and it’s not the first time… what are we supposed to do to prevent being violated like this
Customer care not up to scratch. They cracked my windscreen and when informed them they told me they don’t cover damage to windscreen so it will be at my cost. Fine if that’s how they want to rob their customers but at least have the decency to inform the customer that there has been damage to your car (whether covered or not) while it was under our care and not keep quiet and hope the customer will drive away without noticing, that is ***** customer service in my opinion!
I placed an order on 27 November today is the afternoon of 5 December and my parcel is still not shipped. When i send an email, they keep sending an automated response saying they are working very hard to process my order, clearly that is not true! I tried calling their customer number and it just rings endlessly!
Have been a customer of Dstv for many years and in Feb 2018 I responded to the Premium promotion to pay R599 until the end of March...this was the worst mistake ever! Ever since then i have been billed incorrectly, my connection switched off and PVR functionality switched off. I have spent so much money and time calling and explaining my story to their incompetent staff but even as i type this i have no PVR functions. All they do is keep promising to call me back and never do, promising to fix the error and they never do and continue sending threatening sms that they will twitch off the connection if I dont pay up This has been an unpleasant and terrible experience!
My car was in an accident last year December where the other driver was in the wrong. I had to follow the process of paying for excess to get my car fixed and the excess paid was never paid back to me as part of King Price policy procedure. I get very limited feedback if any from King Price legal department which is always accompanied with some attitude from their staff! They keep handing over my case from one person to another and telling me about 30 days waiting period which is almost a year now!<br> <br> I have been their loyal customer for years yet they give me this rediculous service. I feel its time i take my business somewhere else!
