Charged for products no longer on contract
After a 36 month contract on a product, I went through the process of taking full ownership, as is stipulated. After the period ended, I am STILL being charged for the product, and rude call center agents refuse to put me through to a manager under the guise of saying "they're busy and will call you back" or "they're not at work, I'll get them to call you back when they arrive".1 reply
