Horrible customer service received from Kgotatso Thathane, she works in Forex: Business, her job tittle is Dealer: Forex. This call centre agent is very rude. SHE DESERVES TO BE A CLEANER!!!!! I DONT KNOW HOW SHE GOT TO WORK FOR THE BANK...NXA!!!!!NO NONSENSE!!!!!!
My American Express card was stopped last year November after I collected it at Nedbank Mall of Africa. I called to check who stopped my card and none of your call centre agents are able to see who stopped my card. i even went to the branch and I keep getting the same answer that they can't see who stopped my card. A case was opened to investigate this and it was closed without being resolved and I never got any feedback. The case number in question is 89436090. Please issue me with a new American Express Card and waive the charges. I will not pay R170 for a card that I did not stop. This is not my problem, it's the bank's problem. Please resolve this matter urgently. I have been patient for a year now. The card number in question is 3771 217153 19058.

The queues are always moving very slow. Their Pharmacists don’t work with the sense of urgency. They are always dragging their feet and taking their time. Whenever I go to that Pharmacy I never experience good service.
I’m am so highly irritated by the service I received today. I went to the Randburg Magistrates’ Court today to collect my divorce decree. The security guards at the main entrance directed me to the office that I need to collect my decree. They were very kind and helpful. And when I got to that office, there were two ladies in the office. I greeted them and told them what I am here for. And they told that they are on lunch, they can’t help me and they have other work they need to do after lunch. I must come back another day before 13:00pm..😒 This is the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I was turned back because they are on lunch and I was told that they have other work they need to do after lunch!!!! That’s the most horrible service I’ve received in my entire life. I’m so disappointed with the service we get from the Government employees. I’m not proudly South African after all. This is irritating and annoying. Please educate your staff. They are too comfortable because they work for the Government and they can do as they please 😡

I SUBMITTED FORMS AND REQUIRED DOCS ON THE 6TH APRIL AND MY ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT OPENED!!!!!! I LOGGED A COMPLAINT AND MY COMPLAINT IS NOT BEING ATTENDED TO!!!!! I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED WITH THIS BANK!!!!!!! I AM LOSING MONEY!!!!!!!!
I am highly disappointed with Nedbank. My dispute case was closed without getting feedback FROM ANY OF YOUR AGENTS. Case 2021I7585. My money is not returned. I had to call to make follow up and still nothing is resolved. I am highly disappointed with your Fraud Department and I want to move all my banking to another Bank including my Bond. Can someone PLEASE!!!! resolve my dispute case!!!!

It was my first time shopping at Dis-Chem Randburg Square. When I arrive at the store, the security guards were very friendly and they made my experience pleasant. As I went inside the store, I went to the pharmacy section to buy some self medication and the lady that assisted me at the pharmacy was also friendly and very welcoming, I just didn't get her name. Then when I was done at the pharmacy, I went to the aisles to get some other item I needed then I went to to cashiers to pay. The lady that assisted me at the cashiers was not friendly at all, she was talking to me rudely. Her name is Phumelele Khumalo. I was trying to swipe my dis-chem card and it didn't want to swipe. Instead of her telling me nicely how I should swipe the card, she was being rude towards me unnecessarily. Maybe it's because i bought cheap items, I don't know. She was talking to me rudely, not smiling and I saw that her name tag was written that she's a supervisor. She must learn how to treat customers with a smile and be nice. If she is used to being rude to her staff members then she must know that we are customers and not her staff. I will not allow to be treated like this by anyone when I go shopping. The little I spend at any store should be valued and treated with respect. Phumelele needs to work on her customer service skills.
