Active since Apr 2014
I downgraded my package which was supposed to be active by 28 April. Now, on 3 May, I am still being billed for the premium subscription. I was made to wait on hold for more than 20 minutes just to be told that I should have made sure my downgraded was activated on time. DSTV is going from bad to worse quickly.
Visited Mug & Bean Durbanville this morning. Restaurant was open early, staff is super friendly, service is excellent and the food was prepared to perfection. Good music makes a great ambiance. I can definitely recommend the breakfast bagel.
In less than 12 months, I have placed 2 orders with Vodacom and both ended up a complete mess taking days and weeks to resolve. Vodacom has given me nothing but problems, excuses and poor service in the last 2 years. After 25 years of loyal support, I'm done. #GoodBye
Generally, very poor. Office staff is unorganized, yard staff confirms trailers available just to tell you it isn't on collection. They didn't have change but refuse to accept card payments. I was made to wait almost 30minute while customers that arrived after me were assisted just to be told that the trailer (which I had already paid for) is no longer available. There are many other trailer rentals in the area. Don't waste your money on poor service.
