I placed an order with them for 2 x mousse and paid in full. Only 1 arrived. When I queried it, they said I should've been informed they are out of stock and will send the 2nd one within 2 weeks. It is now 5 weeks later already. After numerous emails and whatsapps to them, I have received no response nor acknowledgement from them. They are also not refunding my money.
I needed a quote of a bakkie and Cameron Eckardt responded within minutes at 20:00 and he arranged everything for me. When I walked into my office at 07:30 this morning all the mails and confirmation was already there.
I am very disgusted by Takealot. I returned an incorrect order, which also had a broken glass in, and they would not give me a credit or refund me. They issued a voucher which expired within 2 weeks, forcing me order something. I did not want/need anything that soon and the voucher expired, which they point blank refuse to reinstate/renew!!
