I reported a fault with Telkom on Tuesday about an internet that wasn't working, and I had to call again 4 times and the fault is still not fixed. When I call the account department to request a rebate, the employee just went mute on me.
I have ordered food online 3 to 4 times from the restaurant which is a kilometer from my house. It had taken them more than an hour to deliver the food, the delivery man had to wait for more than an hour for the food
