USELESS FNB
I wonder how many FNB customers do not get their takealot eBucks without realizing it... I purchased items from Takealot on 15 January 2026 (on “bigFNBday”), the order was split into 2 separate orders because of delivery times, but both orders were placed on 15 January 2026, using my FNB credit Card, and earn eBucks selected (confirmed because the normal eBucks for Orders **********19 and **********21 were allocated on 20 January 2026). The total for all items purchased on 15 January 2026 that had the “bigFNBday” banner was R5125, (I even took screenshots of all items on the Takealot website showing the “bigFNBday” banner) I am on Level 5 for eBucks, and I am a TakealotMore subscriber, meaning I should receive 30% (on up to R5000) back in eBucks for “bigFNBday” purchases on 15 January 2026. This would be eB150000 that is supposed to be allocated for the orders placed on 15 January 2026, but instead I was only allocated eB8034. According to FNB some items were not part of the bigFNBday campaign, and takealot made a mistake with the banners on the items...and there is nothing they can do (I supp**** them with screenshots of all the items with the bigFNB banner on the takealot website...) I bought items on takealot only because I was supposed to receive 30% back in e-bucks, now because of takealot's mistake I am paying full price for the items and not getting my FNB benefits. I wonder how many other FNB customers do not get their eBucks without realizing it.

This is the second time that FNB did not allocate eBucks according to their own “rules”, and it is pathetic that your eBucks team cannot implement a basic rewards system without messing it up completely! I was only allocated my eBucks for December after coming to HelloPeter, the agents on the secure chat and banking Suite came up with every pathetic excuse they could to try and justify why I did not get my eBucks. I decided not to purchase anything on the February "bigFNBday" because FNB do not allocate the eBucks correctly and I have to waste my time to fight to get the eBucks allocated. Now I am told that FNB cannot confirm which item was part of the bigFNBday campaign, after I supp**** them with screenshots of all the items with the bigFNB banner on the takealot website...how can we trust FNB with our money if they are to *********** to implement an eBucks campaign successfully!!! I wonder how many other FNB customers do not get their eBucks without realizing it...
