I WILL NEVER HIRE A CAR FROM HERTZ EVER AGAIN. I can’t believe a big company like HERTZ does not respond to customer issues I have sent two emails and I have went personally to their office in OR tambo to query the issue why am I being charged for damages when I brought it to there staffs attention before I took the car as well as when I retuned the car that the rim was scratched. The office told me they going to escalate the matter till now no response to that or my emails disgusting customer service!!! In the last 2 weeks i traveled 3 times first time I used Herts after that I used WOODFORD twice WITH NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER!!!! HERTZ for a big company very unprofessional
Myself and a Family member have the same situation where flowpath got lawyers involved to collect for invoices that was over two years old with no communication from flowpath in the two years stating that we owe them any monies. This monies where paid to Flowpath but this is clearly a ploy from flowpath to claim on invoices that are 2 years old knowing people will not have proof of payment after such a long period of time. Clearly these are false claims. Flowpath has lost me and my family members as customers I will never support a company that thrives on *****ulent claims!
Placed and order money went off my account it showed on the app the order is getting ready then the order disappeared with my money and no way off contacting Uber Eats
I am trying to cancel my account. I called so many times in the last two weeks cant get hold of a consultant I have sent emails no reply. so frustrating
Samsung promotion I claimed my tab 6 got a email back with a ref etc. but its been a month and I have not received my tab I have emailed twice with no response called many time held on for ever and know one took the call
I BOUGHT AN ITEM ONLINE ON THE 7TH OF FEBRUARY 2022. THE ITEM CAME BROKEN. I CALLED MAKRO I WAS TOLD WHEN THEY COLLECT THE BROKEN ITEM THEY WILL REAPLCE ME WITH A NEW ONE. THEY COLLECTED BUT I NEVER RECIEVED A NEW ONE TODAY IS THE 4TH OF APRIL I STILL DONT HAVE THE ITEM I BOUGHT I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND EMAILING MAKRO EVERY WEEK AND I AM GETTING KNOW WHERE THEIR STAFF HAVE A DONT CARE ATTITUDE THEY ONLY GOOD AT PUTTING PEOPLE ON HOLD
Bought a Hisense fridge on the 13/03/2020. On the 14/03/2020 delivery came driver was extremely rude and unhelpful refused to offload the fridge. Driver rudely left with the fridge. Had to call Game westwood they resent fridge with another driver who delivered with no issue. On the 16/03/2020 i called Game telling them the fridge is not cooling. Only on the 20/03/2020 Hisense came out to check the fridge and said fridge was faulty I called game westwood they couldn't replace me with the same fridge since they did not have that model I had bought i had to pay another R2000.00 for another Hisense fridge. On the 22/03/2020 driver came with the replacement fridge once again absolutely rude behaviour i had to pay 2 men to offload the fridge yet i had already paid for delivery and there where 4 people with the driver that came to deliver. On top of all this calling Game westwood was hell lady keeps putting the phone down every time you call. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and treatment i received i will never buy another appliance from game again.

I TOOK A CONTRACT OUT WITH TELKOM AND TOLD THEM I WANT TO PORT MY NUMBER FROM MTN TO TELKOM THEY OPENED THE CONTRACT AND TOLD ME WHITEN 3 DAYS MY NUMBER WILL BE PORTED ITS BEEN 5 WEEKS MY NUMBER HASN'T BEEN PORTED I AM USING A TELKOM NUMBER AND NOT MY OWN MTN NUMBER I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS AND WAS TOLD MY PORTING KEPT CANCELING I WAS SENT TO MTN MANY TIMES AND THEY HAVE SHOWN ME NO ISSUES ON THERE SIDE. I AM SITTING WITH A NUMBER I DON'T WANT AND WANT MY NUMBER I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT YOU OR NOT PROVIDING ME WITH
I feel really disappointed with MTN i got my number with MTN for over 20 years MTN had been my number one network. I decided to change networks because the deals MTN was offering where not worth it compared to other networks. I called to port my number to prepaid the consultant had a really don't care attitude never bothered to even try to keep me as a customer. On top off that MTN is going to cancel my min and Data that i paid for so i paid MTN to get nothing. SO THIS IS HOW MTN TREATS THEY LOYAL CLIENTS!!!
