Had the worst experience at pick n pay Centurion Mall today (10 March 2018). I am due to have my baby on Tuesday (in 3 days) so I am very pregnant and uncomfortable. So I decided to take my 2 year old and my mom with me to buy a few things at pick n pay. But with a busy 2 year old...I would like to use a trolly. So I asked my mom to quickly stay with my 2 year old while I get a trolly for us. When I got the trolly the security at Pick n Pay told me I am not allowed to take their trolly out of the store. So I explained that I needed to get my daugter before I can do my shopping at Pick n Pay. So the security just said no I am not allowed to use a trolly. I was embarrassed and angry at this because everyone was looking. No one cared that I was in tears. So I went in tears to the managers who all just sat there and did not bother. The guy just said "sorry about that" and went on with his day. I was in tears and so angry that I just left and couldnt buy my groceries because Im not allowed to have a trolley so I had to get my mom and two year old and walk all the way to checkers instead. And yes...they actually gave us a trolley
<p style="color: #555555;">At the end of September my husband wanted a contract phone so I told him I am so happy with Cell C so lets add it to my contract. BIG MISTAKE.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">We phoned Cell C and ordered a phone on a new contract. We told them what we needed. So a week later the phone arrived. Then whe discovered they gave us the wrong contract so I phoned to have it fixed. I didnt even make one call with that phone. </p> <p style="color: #555555;">They said they cant change the contract so I had to cancel the contract - which took days. So after my contract has finally been canceled and the phone given back and everything, I got a statement for October stating that I had to pay full price for a contract I didnt even use. So I phoned them and eventually the lady promised that she will give me credit in order for the money not to be deducted from my account</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">So came payday and they deducted the money. I then phoned Cell C AGAIN saying that there is an error. So they said they will sort it out and have it fixed within 72 hours. So the next day I phoned to hear if it was sorted out. No luck. But they will sort it out and phone me back. A week later (first week of Nov) they sent me an sms saying I owe them money and my account will be suspended so yet AGAIN I phoned them. They said there is some sort of backlog in the finance departement but they will sort it out. 2 days later I get an sms saying they will now be cutting off my phone. So YET AGAIN I phoned them only to hear that it will be sorted and the backlog and and and.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Now today they sent me November's statement. Not only do they expect me to pay for October but now I need to pay for Nov as well FOR A CONTACT I DIDNT EVEN USE AND HAS BEEN CANCELED THE NEXT DAY!!!!</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">So not only am I seriously furious with them, but I will also be cancelling all my contracts with them and will definitley NOT recommend Cell C to anyone, not even my worst enemies</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p>
My mom and I went to the bookstore this morning. She wanted to purchace a book that was on the shelf. When we got to the counter, the lady refused to sell us the book, saying it was on hold for someone else but there was no sign that it was booked on the book. When we pointed it out the lady that it didnt have any reserved sign on it, she became aggresive and rude. We wont be going back ever again
I ordered a valentines hamper on the 9th of Feb to be delivered on Friday 13Feb. I STILL have not received my gift. I phoned the call centre on Friday (took me 15min to get hold of someone). They could not tell me where my order was, nor when I will be able to receive it. The call centre agent kept telling me to phone back but could not give me any answers. On Saturday I did not hear from them. When I phoned on Tuesday (17 Feb) the lady asked me if she should send the parcel out for delivery, meaning they haven't even released the parcel. It is now Wednesday. NOW I get an email stating they cant find the address. Its the same address I've used almost 6 times before. No one tried to phone me with regards to this but now she says they phoned me and cant find the address. They are now blaming me basically and saying I supplied the wrong info. I am so disappointed. I had to buy a different gift somewhere else because of them. They cost me R390 for nothing plus extra for the new gift. I will NEVER use them again!
