I cancelled my telephone line in mid 2019. I verified a month later that my line is dead (no more dial tone). Every since Telkom continued to bill me month after month. Then I was told my line termination didn't complete successfully (even though the line is successfully cut off) and they'd have to redo it. I had to log complaints for getting refunded, etc, etc. Then this took another few months because I was told to wait for my final invoice. Today I get an SMS saying my final invoice can't be delivered because my email address isn't work (it's clearly wrong based on the SMS), however Telkom emailed me successfully for years. When I contact Telkom the system is 50% of the time offline, which was the case again today. I replied to the SMS (as the SMS states) to correct my email, response "SMS failed". What more must I do to get this line off my name and refunded for stealing my money! I am beyond frustrated, this is absolutely madness that one department can be so useless. Never again will I touch anything Telkom branded.
Ordered stuff on 25-11-2015. Paid immediately. I was promptly called the next day to confirm I paid. After that I had little to no communication from them. Had to phone several times. Every time I was assured I'd get my order. In December I received the wrong order. They sent me a cheaper replacement of one of the items i actually ordered and the rest was missing in the order. Again excuses and more promises. End of January I was told that on a specific date in February I'd receive my order. That date has come and gone. Phoned again, was promised another date and nothing arrived. Now they are not answering their phone or email.
