Terrible grass at a high price
They don't cover their round grass bales and when those bales have stood in rain and weather for months, unsold, they loosen it up, turn it into square bales and sell it at the same price that you would pay for quality square bales. The result is terrible moldy and brown bales in the middle of summer. Absolutely disgusting that a big company has no pride in the quality of their goods.0 replies

Refund Issues
Bought items online and a few days later I was notified that Makro cancelled my order because they didn't have stock of the items I bought. It's been almost 2 months now and they haven't refunded my money, nor do they reply to any of my e-mails. AVOID Makro online!3 replies
