Waiting 3 months for order
Have been waiting for a contact lens orser since 24 February. No communication or updates from Specsavers Kolonnade. This is the second time I have issues, first trail pair was ordered beginning of December, I was not notified of anything, they were received at the branch but no one bothered to let me know. Only after I queried in February I was told it was there. Package data shows received months earlier. Also my prescription glasses basically fell apart after two months use. The decorative plastic around the lense were never fastened and just randomly popped off at tje slightest touch. In April the *****s just fell out while cleaning the lenses, making the glasses unusable. Poor service and poor quality, whilst happily taking your money. I will find a new supplier. Useless!

Worst service in history, no client service!
Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been waiting for my contact lens order from Specsavers Kolonnade since 30 November. I get NO communication from them to inform me about anything. The previous time I tried to find out I got a lame excuse of "it is because it is made specifically for your eyes". Surely I am not the first or only person that gets lenses made to suit their profile? 30 November..today is 8 Feb. Still no news. Lense are paid for, guess that is why no one cares. Would not recommend ANYONE!

Stay away!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Order was supposed to be delivered before 4 December. Received no update on order since 23 November. They obviously don't fulfill their orders but happy to take your money. Disgusted! Will never use them again.

No service
Three cashiers working at paypoint, was not even acknowledged in the qeue, after standing at the paypoint for 5 minutes, I asked if one of the 2 cashiers helping one lady can assist me, while in front of me another lady was standing and doing stock lists on the computer paypoint in front of me. Neither wanted to help. I left without my intended purchase.

Clover 2% longlife milk
Purchased 6x1litre Clover 2% longlife milk about two weeks ago. Expiry date is 15 June 2015. When I opened a bottle today what came out of that bottle can't even be described as milk...looked like urine with pieces of thick white curdled milk inbetween. Disgusting to say the least. I emailed Clover and attached a picture, have not had any response from them.
