Brilliant service from Akshay. He has been patient and very helpful with vehicle specifications and outlining all processes. I am extremely happy with the service that was offered and I would recommend more people to visit Drive for effective service offerings.
My order was never delivered on the 14th of January 2023, I had to make multiple to calls to get through to an agent. I was then told that my order will be delivered the following day. It is now the 15th still no delivery now the app says that my order was delivered. What is going on with you PicknPay Asap. You incompetence is beyond Shocking. I will take this matter on, you cannot disrespect your customers like this. When have taken their hard earned money to support you business !
We purshed juice for our child at Dischem Hillcrest Boulevard Hatfield. They sold us expired Rhodes infant juice. This is highly unacceptable, we only realised that the juice was expired after our child had consumed it. Why are there expired goods on the shelf?
We placed an order on the 30th of November, via the Pick n Pay ASAP app. Order number: 1994952 To date we havent received our order, we have sent multiple emails requesting that either our food br delivered or we be refunded. There is absutely no feedback whatsoever, yet our money was deducted from our account. I want my money refunded immediately, your services is terrible !
I have been attempting to cancel my annuity account with SANLAM. However I am sent from one email address to the other. Each telling me a different story, I was told that the payout will be paid out on 9/07/2021, then I received another email on the same day stating that it will receive payment on 16/07/2021. Then I'm suddenly told that I have filled in the wrong documents days after and I now need to fill in new forms, which I filled and sent back immediately, now the response is that termination process will be concluded on 30/07/2021. I am not told what the process involved is and why the payout would take so long. Sanlams customer service is absolutely frustrating. How can terminating an account and processing the payment take 3 weeks? I cannot even plan anything because Sanlam keeps changing its story every day. I'm beyond frustrated !
I applied for payment recall on 3rd of April 2019. I then on the 8th of April 2019 received an sms stating that my issue had been resolved and I would be contacted with further details. To date I have not received any further communication. I have sent several emails to the consultant who was assisting me, asking for a status update to which I am ingnored. Standbank is really letting me down. I will be moving to another bank, It should not be my job to run around begging for basic information. Shameful Service !. You have let me down!
<p>I have sent multiple emails and made calls to MTN cumstomer service "Retentions Office" asking that i be sent an early termination quotation. I never get any feedback, when i call i'm always redirected then my call gets cut. Should i honestly have to suffer just get a basic quotation or call back, this is just plain sloppy MTN ! </p>
My phone was ******/lost on the 12 September 2015 . On the same day i called MTN to block my sim card and device. The lady who was assisting me, told me that i would receive communication from MTN to receive my ITC number, which never happened. I had to call repeatedly and send numerous emails asking for my ITC number because i couldn't open an affidavit without an ITC number. After repeated nagging i got my ITC number and completed my affidavit, i then went online to the MTN Insurance Claims section to submit a claim for my phone, to my shock the web page didn't want to save my submission because one of the fields was malfunctioning. I eventually managed to save after several attempts, i also faxed my claim to no response. I later called the 083 123 6084 number to try and talk to a consultant to check whether my claim is being processed but the phone service kept saying that there is a network error. I am very unhappy with MTN's poor communication and service, i cannot wait for my contract to expire so that i can leave MTN. MTN does not care about it's clients at all ! I've been paying my insurance diligently thinking that i was safe, but i was terribly wrong about MTN intentions.
