My claim was paid out into my oneplan card but I had already settled the bill myself... and as I didn't know I needed to withdraw the funds within a set time frame it was taken off my card again. Kelly Van Der Haar was the oneplan agent who assisted me via the whatsapp platform and quickly helped me to sort out the payment which is now going to be paid into my own account. Quick, painless and efficient service
