I reported a complaint on the 18th of July 2024, and shortly after the post I received an e-mail stating that they have received the complaint and will revert back to me. As expected, NO FOLLOW UP REPLY from Rain. The poor service and lack of accountability remains the same.
I have been a Rain customer for quite a few years, but decided to cancel the 5G contract due to poor signal strength and dropping of the connection. I cancelled my service via the Rain app and got a notification that i had to pay a notice month and that Rain will arrange for the 5G router to be collected. After the cancellation Rain kept on deducting the full amount each month for months now. Each time I log a call i get a reference number and then nothing happens. This is borderline ******** what they are doing, and keep on doing every month.
Ordered a laptop bag on Black Friday special, paid via EFT and never received the item. Order Number #19691 First the promised delivery, then refund, then delivery again and then after 100's of e-mails NOTHING. So know I handing it over to the HAWKS Cyber Crime division to deal with these scammers and end them from stealing money from hard earning South Africans. I will not rest until they are done.
Telkom is completely unresponsive to the installation of my Business Fibre package. For nearly two months they have made NO effort to do my installation.
