For the price I pay for products at Woolworths, I expect a reasonable quality and quantity. I purchase two boxes of playful penguin crackers per week and we consistently get two packets that are not even filled a third to the top. This is unacceptable.
Buffalo sent me an sms that the delivery attempt failed while there are 9 people in the house and nobody saw or heard a courier. The yard is wide open, so when we don't come out, the courier knocks on the door, this didn't happen. I stayed at home specifically to receive my parcel, but the courier never came and now I have to pay to have it delivered again. Trying to contact Buffalo via Whatsapp and Email is as easy as winning the Lotto. Wonder how many people has gotten ****** like this
Cat phones really aren't as tough and rugged as advertised. Mine fell half a meter and the screen is broken into pieces. This after the speaker kept on breaking. Now I got a R1699 quote from vodacom who sold me this **** fone that froze very often, to fix a screen that is according to CAT advertising 'drop proof'. I feel ripped off. This S31 isn't nearly what it has been advertised to be
I purched a Cat S31 phone on contract a year and few months ago. First the speaker stopped working. Waited ages to have it fixed, two weeks later it broke again. Now, the fall proof phone fell half a meter and the screen is completely shattered. Vodacom sent me a quote of R1699 to fix a screen that was not even supposed to be able to break from that distance. Ridiculous. Between Cat and vodacom I don't even know which one is more disappointing
