Hi, I've paid the 5th, insisted we have coverage in our area as I have proof but instead of taking me serious and building client relationship they dismissed me... now, I need to earn at least R100 for each new client in the GP and surrounding areas as they already and would have continued to lose more clients. I should not be charged for installation and should get toomuchwifi for free for life. They gonna make loads of money off my persistence. Their staff needs training and overall company lacks internal communication...
I was informed my area is covered and the sooner I pay the sooner installation will be done... I have been following up and today I was informed that they do not cover my area which was not originally said. If I was not persistent then my monies would have been held hostage even though SLA has expired, nobody could tell me that I am not covered. After purchasing data for my smart box and airtime to follow-up and knowing that my neighbor uses their services, unbelievable. I feel like they have miscommunication in the company and make interest off our monies first...

Hi, for an elderly couple with grandchildren a very frustrated experience was had. All we wanted was to take our kids to the waterfall and a huge sign board is there like 10kms before the place stating that they are open. The car has to drive on this gravel or mudding road to enjoy a blessed waterfall experience. The problem is on the advertising board, do add CASH ONLY. We drove all the way for nothing as we did not have cash on us and no options given to withdraw money or EFT, strictly cash and this is not greatly advertised so left there extremely disappointed and had to clean up a vehicle that took a dirt ride in vain. 13km dusty drive...
This is meant for De Hoek camping site. My parents are very disappointed that after so many years. The stairs are not maintained and made them feel unsafe but they needed to use it to entertain the grandchildren. A real struggles with these "rocky" stairs and not even a railing to depend on. Or make better stairs... it is dangerous and must be used, please improve, especially for the safety of old, fragile, pregnant woman and so on...
