So for two months now I was giving this lady the benefit of the doubt and being extremely patient seeing as I have ordered from her previous business but now I am fed up with the excuses and lies that comes out of her mouth, she stole a lot of hardworking ladies’ money because she was desperate and she saw a opportunity, won’t ever again support Callen Danica she is a thieve and a liar, hope you burn in hell.
So today I opened my post box to find a letter from Truworths, in the envelope is a black card with my name printed on, congratulating me for being chosen for a R4000 credit account, I have never applied with Truworths and I will never ever in the future, this feels extremely illegal, the fact that Truworths goes through the effort of printing cards and sending it out to people's homes to try and get them to make debt is absolutely disgusting even worst that you have my personal details, I farely new home address, so I would like to know where Truworths got this information as this sounds like a direct violation of the POPI Act, I need anwers from Truworths because this is unacceptable.
I place a order on Saturday for 4 pairs of sterling silver earings that was on a massive special, all in stock when ordered, paid and received my email that my order will be shipped and I will received a feedback when it has arrived at the store, a few hours later I get a email that three out of the four has been cancelled due to no stock and I will be refunded, so I called and was told that this stuff happens when they over sell, so how is it my problem if they over sell, I can't order something else because what it the chance that this will happen again, I will never get them for the same price and I feel it's a bit unfair, not happy and apparently your online store is not trustworthy.
I bought a infinity ring from American Swiss last year and got it resized, unfortunately while moving I lost the slip, two weeks ago the ring started pulling apart where they resized it and I took it back to get a quote to fix the problem they created in the first place, now they quote me R747 to fix something they couldn't do properly from the start, it's almost the price of a new flipen ring, this is unacceptable you can't sell us bad quality and still expect us to pay to fix it.
We bought a few stuff from Takelaot that was delivered last week on the 18th of March, we logged a return as the foundation was open and everything was full of foundation, the foundation was collected on the 19th and still it was not replaced, today we receive an email stating that it will be delivered by the 4th of April, so almost three weeks we have to wait for a replacement, this is beyond ridiculous fro Takelaot and with no proper communication from Takealot, and to think we are regular customers. Was bagging to my friend about how awesome steers's Smokey mayo burgers is, so we decide to order two just to arrive with no crispy onions, I phoned the store and the Manager from steers in Corlett drive Melrose Arch tells me to bring it back I said to her I am at work and we are not coming all the back to them, she then tells me that they did add it, I can send them a picture that it is not on the burger, the crispy onions makes the burger what it is and she wants to give me such an attitude, well then I will not support steers in general ever again.
Was standing in the queue at clicks pharmacy in Beyers Naude Randpark Ridge, to get my prescription and after about 5 min or so got called by n lady from the self medication section, she was joking about how tired I looked and she though to call me over, I haven't experience such wonderful service in a long time, she made me feel comfortable and we joked and laughed so much, I felt like she wanted to help me and that it wasn't any effort, clicks Pharmacy you have a gem amongst you, Simile is such a wonderful employee.
Rushed to PTA East Hospital on Sunday morning at 03:00 with my 4 year old had troubling breathing and started vomiting, got to emergency and was ask to fill out forms first, then we were told the Hospital does not accept SAB medical aid we should pay cash, after a while the guy says to us oh he sees SAB medical aid is now with Discovery but sorry they still don't take Discovery it is still cash and we should claim it back, we agreed so that they can just help my daughter, then she only got seen by the nurse to take her fever and weight then we went back to the waiting area to wait, by then she was breathing okay but a bit short of breath, in the meanwhile an old like comes in and says something crawled into her ear and they asked her to sit, we got up as we were called by the doctor he then decided to tell us he will be with us now and he goes and helps the lady first, so you choose to help someone with something in their ear and not a little child that has breathing problems and had to wait to be helped, firstly how can you not accept a medical aid as big as Discovery and secondly how do you allow someone with not such a big emergency get helped before my child that has been waiting longer, seems all the hospital cares about is money, we there and then decided to get up and take her to Mediclinic, she was assisted immediately without worrying about money and all the rest of the nitty gritty ****, the hospital should not even dare to charge me for only taking my daughter's fever because that wad doing absolutely nothing and I am not paying you for checking fever and not helping her, I made it clear that their service was terrible and that we are leaving, so I dare you to charge me so that we can take it to court. Will rather die then ever going back there.
I applied on Saterday for a S8 deal of R649 n month, send through all my documents and to date I had to phone everyday to follow up and still have no clear answer, everytime I am promised to be called back but no one calls, today I was promised that I would be called before 20:00 and wow still no call, the amount also ways change on system to R800 and something which I did not apply for or agree upon, I was told that my application was approved but due to it being my first contract I can only have a cheaper phone but sorry that is unexpectable, Godfrey told me that he send my application through for a review so that I can get the phone I applied for and by tonight I will have a answer, I won't waste another day wasting my time with Vodacom I have been a prepaid customer for a very long time and apparently you don't need more people applying for your services so Vodacom I will apply somewhere else, someone that wants to help me and someone that is not going to charge me more than what I applied for, I will also stop using my prepaid number as I believe you do now deserve my support.
<p>We ordered 4 bbq bacon real deal pizzas and 1 creamy chicken at 17:41 at 17:53 nice lady from debonairs phones me and says the don't have sauce but do have bbq sauce I asked her to use that then at 18:50 our pizza arrives a nice 1 hour later barely warm had to reheat it in the microwave mmm chewy atleast we had a very friendly driver, but when it came to eating the pizza is absolutely dry and has barely any sauce on it so dissapointing the other day we ordered the same and it was the most delicious pizza ever but tonight was really a dissapointment</p>
