Forgot to pay my TV License which I do normally pay. I received a text message that I had to pay R318. No email nothing what so ever and why it is R318. So to check this out I tried to login into my account which was locked and I had to reset my password. No OTP was send. I tried to reset my PSW many times. Does not work. Then I tried to contact them through their website (Contact Option). Every option I tried generated the error " Unable to submit form". Bad. Finally I phoned them. I knew it was rather late (16.50) but the contact info on their web site stated that they could be contacted till 18.00 hours. Sorry but this is also not correct. I was nicely disconnected. Will try to tomorrow again.
This morning I changed my existing car insurance policy on short notice with MiWay because I bought a new car. Siphiwekosi Mkhize the advisor from MiWay who returned my call in seconds was great. He was patient with me, answered all my questions and above all very knowledgeable with the product I wanted. He explained everything to me and advised me expertly. Tops. I was and am very happy with him. Chapeau, excellent service.
Hello Discovery. On 02-02-2018 I submitted 4 claims to Discovery Health for acupuncture treatment for my wife and myself (Reference nr. ********** 956). Only 1 claim was paid out (22-01-2018). I received no information why the other 3 were not paid out or rejected. So on 14-02-2018 I submitted another claim (Reference nr. ********** 203) and I attached the 3 invoices that were not paid out. Up to today I have not received any feedback with regard to these claims which should have been paid out. We are insured by the "Executive Plan" and this is really poor service.
<p>Since January the 17th 2017 I have been trying to cancel my wife's internet contract with MTN since we have fiber now. According to their website it is possible with certain time limits. Offcourse those limits are way over now since it's about 2 months ago since I send my first email. I have not been using their internet since we have fiber. I have send MTN 3 emails with the request. All I get is an automated response with or with out a reference number and MTN will NEVER come back to you.I have no intention to call them and be waiting in the cue for hours and wasting my airtime. MTN you have a bad reputation. Customer Care: they don't know the meaning of the frase.</p>
My brother send me a parcel from the Netherlands with DHL on September 3. 2015.<br> Up to now the parcel did not arrive. It is just a small envelope.
