Customer service is very poor agents refuse to listen to punter although I ended up being correct. According to Betway I was a prize winner, 3-4 months later still haven’t received my prize
Your online store service is difficult. What was communicated for my online delivery amd what was done are completely different. Now you can’t tell me when it will be delivered. Please sort this out as it is very poor
I have complained numerous times. I bought a new vacuum cleaner Genesis from Makro Centurion. The product is not working and has spent more in the repair centre that at home. This really unacceptable and this needs to be resolved. It is gone to point niw where I had to purchase a new vacuum cleaner somewhere. Useless and pathetic service from all parties Verimark, Makro Centurion and Makro Customer Care
Absolutely terrible customer service from Makro and Makro Centurion. I have complained numerous times and never had appropriate response. The issue is never adressed. I just want my 3k back or an in store voucher.
Your Genesis vacuum cleaners are the worst product ever. The product gave issues within a coup months took two months to repair and started ieith similar issues again. One of your employees had alot to say over the phone as well. Told Makro Centurion to dump it in the ******* bin. 3k wssted. And to top it off 3 more Genesis were standing waiting for repairs at the same Makro.
Sent my vacuum cleaner in for repairs and complained numerous times. Having similar issues with Vacuum Cleaner after repairs as what I had before. So are we going to continue like this?
Makro Centurion returns department worst ever. Returned a Verimark Genesis vacuum cleaner within months after purchase. No notification was received that the product was repaired. Makro Centurion said it was sent and in return I showed the what was sent. I then ask for an extended warranty as this product broke within months. I was then told you get 3 months and nothing in writing. The fact is I don’t want the product…I want an in store credit/or refund. Whilst standing there there were 4 more Genesis vacuums in for repairs. Absolutely shocking product
I returned a faulty Verimark product to Makro Centurion. It’s been over 6 weeks now and no action has been taken. Can you please arrange that I get a refund as the product is still under warranty. Not the first time I have received poor service from Makro Centurion

Absolutely shocking. The vacuum was purchased at Makro Centurion now Verimark says it has been fixed and returned to Checkers in Mayville. Sort out the issue ASAP
