Purchased a sim card to make a dual sim on a contract after losing mine. 1 x week later still not working. Numerous visits to the store, very poor attitude from employees. Will cancel all my MTN contracts as soon as I can. Will never use MTN again or recommend them to anyone.

End April 2015 I purchased a used 2014 Pajero Sport 2.5D A/T from Imperial Select Menlyn as what I thought a reliable car. The vehicle was under full manufacturers warranty and service plan and had approximately 23000 km's on the clock. That next weekend I took my vehicle to the coast and on the way it started over heating. Lucklily I picked this up before the engine boiled. Very long story short, United Motors Secunda replaced the thermostat, and eventuallly the complete engine due to a factory fault on the head. Good service and I was given a courtesy car during the repair time of approsimately 2.5 months. Following this the vehicle was returned twice for engine oil leaks, (eventually repaired properly) and once for the 30000km service. On 02 March 2016 I left for a weekend away with my family, about 35 km's from Secunda the vehicle started smoking badly and cut out leaving us next to the road. The roadside assistance fetched us and towed us to United Motors Secunda (again good service). We were given a courtesy car and could carry on. This vehicle is currently still standing with diagnosis and fault finding. What happens in such a case with an obviously dud vehicle?
