Pathetic Service from Caxton Books. They demand textbook orders be placed timeously and require FULL PAYMENT. When the start of the school years arrives they CANNOT DELIVER what is required. They do not return calls or emails.0 replies

Pathetic service delivery and customer service from Yolande
Pathetic delivery service from Babylonstoren. Ordered a Father’s Day gift which won’t be delivered in time. Ordered items within the specified delivery guidelines that’s stipulated on their website. Yolande at Babylonstoren was absolutely of no help and refused to even rectify the problem. She shifted blame onto the courier service, the courier service that Babylonstoren chose to use. Pathetic Service & overcharged
Ordered items & paid for guaranteed next day delivery. Items was only received 4 days later. I was ensured that the "next Day" delivery fee would be reversed. To-date I have not received the credit. Service Centre agents are useless.0 replies

18 months since I returned faulty product and they refuse to refund me. I've contacted them via email, phone etc but to no avail. They've blocked me on social media as they do not want the public to know the truth of how they operate. They are FRAUDTSERS!!!!
