<div>I app**** for a sales vacancy with them, they clearly state no experience needed although I have more then 7years sales experience and customer service, but that is not my problem, my issue is they send me a mail stating I need to fill in a form and a second assessment.I then received a call from Werkie in Bellville Cape Town, saying thank you for your application we are pleased with your first assessment and cv and please just fill in the form and assessment and send back today, me thank you will do so.A minute after I dropped the call received another email stating you were unsuccessful.Now this is very unprofessional for a company doing this and contradicting themselves, basically stating you did good and then sorry you failed, spoke Duane and allcould say is I understand where you come from and sorry for the inconveniences people rather stay away from Werkie</div>
It was my first time ordering from them service are terrible the driver does not know where the place is I had to call him 3times to tell him where the property is I stated he must deliver at door had to go fetch it myself at gate.definitely never again

Firstly well done on coming back asap on my complaint much appreciated,but was advised router will be delivered and details of delivery will be send yet no track number no sms or email stating router will be delivered nothing, and router was supposed to be here today. Can I have the tracking number and when will my new router arrive as I have advised I will be at home today, and was told it will be delivered I took your word therefore did not follow up as I was away now almost 3 weeks no wifi
Horrible customer service received a swop out waited a week received router now another week and they can't activate it my wifi does not work been on phone with numerous people everyone a different story. ref number 20473750 Melissa was going to call my husband still waiting pathetic service

I applied for a medical aid with fedhealth activation in October 2020. They provided me with wrong information informing me that the premie is R1700 all included doctor visits everything. When I went to the doctor I now have to pay the doctor myself and my medication spoke to banela informing me that they cant give back my premies although they have not paid a cent on any medical bills. Informing me its not there problem as one of there brokers spoke to me senobia at sanlam and there is nothing they can do about it. I am very Irate as I now have to pay my own medical bills and they refuse to give my premies back. They now want to tell me it is not there problem because they did not do the application.
Good day. I have made a booking through travel ground for the 13th to the 16th at Catalina cottage. Received an email stating every is booked. Received a call this morning from Megan stating they have not received the money made a repayment to them this morning received an sms stating money is out of my account. Send then the proof of payment as it is a repayment the previous date will show was advised I will be contacted again by them no feedback. Called several times spoke to Damian he dropped the phone, called again spoke to Angus he then advised everything is fine it shows payment has been confirmed even advise I can use his name as a reference. Received an email now from Melitta stating that they have not receive my proof of payment therefore going to cancel it where as I already made a payment and they have my money. Called again spoke to damian advise Melitta is not in for the day and he dropped the phone, called again spoke to Nicole she looked through the notes advised she does not know whats goung on but Melitta just left tje office at 16:30, so they lied as one is stating she was not in other one is stating she just left. I am really very ****ed off as this place is for Thursday. The people there are unprofessional as they do not contact there customers they could have even ask for a bank statement just show you they cant think, I want this sorted out as I have already made the payment, and you have my money. I AM VERY ****ED OFF AT YOUR STAFFS INCOMPETENCE, as there are numerous ways to confirm payment,and if I do not get this sorted by tomorrow I am going to put this on social media thats a promise. Called in on the 5/7/2019 spoke to Courtney and she advised that they will reconnect my dstv as soon as payment is made was I done an immediate payment and they did not connect it, and then I called back spoke to another lady and she advised me that I musy whatsapp the proof of purschase and email it was done and still nothing apoke to anelle she advised she will get her supervisor to reconnect it she put me on hold never came back called back again spoke to annelisa also gave the same advise and put me on hold never came back my DSTV is still down after immediate payment, it is the worst service I have ever experienced the people that work there are unprofessional and have no etiquette. Don't know why they work there because clearly they know nothing about service.
Booked a ticket for today and waited for bus for more then 2hours and when bus arrived in beaufort west it was over booked,the driver was extremely rude and refuse to take me with,and now I am stranded and all they can say is we will refund you. This is the worst company ever I would not advice anyone to make use of there services. Poor poor poor. Very irate customer
