They dont even deserve that 1 star, they have *********** and lazy staff. I 1st spoke to them on the 20th May 2026,was assisted by Priscilla Mokgaotsi who even called me using 0214649500 number and I explained to her that I am moving houses and want to downgrade my current services fron R825 - R439, she said I should leave my new address on the chat and she never got back to me . I had to start a new chat and was told nothing was done. i requested to be transfered to her and she just kept quiet for an hour until i ended the chat. I called and spoke to Bridgetta and she hang up on me.I kept on trying the chat until on the 22nd May 2026 when I spoke to Tailyn thats the only nice person who told me his logging an order and unfortunately he cant call and advise on the feedback I have to follow up. I have been trying from yesterday morning, am frustrated , am wworkimng from home with no wifi and your useless agents transfer me from one to another.Ths morning its worse I asked Jessica to put me through to a supervisor and she said she cant and kept asking for my details then transfered me dont even know why. I m tired. All of a sudden i cant be called but the very 1st person who caalled me nolonger does, cant even talk to a supervisor!!! I want to work i have to buy data.
I made an online order on the 09th May 2026, i was experiencing difficulties and opted to call. I was assisted by Katlego Tshabalala, he was superb i was so thrilled because he had an answer for all my questions. He knows his job and because of my location he had to re do my order with me and handed my order to David Moeketsi, He was also a superman. He made sure everything i was instructed to get by my plumber is what i get and delivered on time. I am a happy customer, i wish they service every client the same way they did with me. Your store has got a client now.
I really appreciate the assistance I received from Mr Gordon Sithebe, he made the process bearable, specially since am a 1st time home buyer. Am writing this review so that other new buyers will know they working with a very professional person. He advises so well and explains the process step by step. I had been struggling to make use of Woolworths online banking from yesterday morning .I called their financial line yesterday the whole day but no one seem to help the only thing they know is”please visit our website” the first person I spoke to is Nomsa and I didn’t take her last name she said she will call me back but she never even today. I am at Maponya mall now I logged in front of them and the person assisting me is Tumi she tried calling we been transferred from department to department she even called her manager Thami but still no help with the error then she says she doesn’t know what to do anymore I had to sit desperately for help while she assist other people. I am sooooo irate I am also working for customer service and I don’t ever think I will treat anyone like this!!!!!!
I received a message on the 26th that my order has been handed to a driver Philani Nkambule, and it will be delivered on that day. I waited and never went anywhere, i didnt receive any communication.I called their call center on the 27th and they promised to call me today in the morning and assured that i will be hearing from the driver and will be the 1st delivery but still nothing, not even response from the email. I wish i never ever have to cross paths with such a huge *********** business. I WANT MY ORDER! Way bill # AZA03137425.
I ordered a Large piz chicken cram decker.its an online order from Eyethu mall mofolo. The order arrived and i am not happy, this pizza is still raw its dough is wet. My frustration is i cant even get hold of them i can only speak to the call center.The debinairs eyethu mall's number on the website is not working.Flora is the call center lady i spoke with and she said she will send the store manager an email, how long will i have to wait for that? I cant leave work and go there that's why I ordered online! I just want a refund they must fetch this pizza if they cant deliver a better pizza. I hate such service specially when it comes to food.
I have been checking UFO beds form 2023 and I did request to be contacted , I received a call from Angela at 1st , I wasn’t sure about her assistance because even when I ask her to call me back she has never. Until around October 2023 I was contacted by Cameron, he is very keen of his job, he provides excellent customer service. He goes an extra mile, he made sure am aware of other ways to pay for the bed I wanted since it was on special and kept me posted that the special is extended. I wish I could tip him as a token of appreciation but he understood am not financially balanced now thus how I even used payjustnow to pay for my new bed. This is my token of appreciation because he made it possible , he contacted me back all the time I requested. I honestly appreciate, I hope you trat all your customers the way you treated me and you will reap great results one day. I hope all your managers are proud of you and will take this as a recognition for you.
Today at Shoprite Dube (SOWETO). I requested a money market cashier to help me with a withdrawal of R200.00 that I was going to send via maney market with her still and she said I have to go to the grocery tills and withdraw and come back on the queue to request to send money. I always get ill treated at shoprite to a point I have to request a manager for assisstance all the time. But now my problem is their customer service is horrible to a point i wish the was an alternative nearer. Its frustrating to always beg for assistance as a customer and be polite but still get horrible service as if you did something wrong, Her name tag was turned around and she said "tiny" of which I dont even think its true because she had attitude for days, so personal as if she knows me. I was once assisted by a cashier at the same shop to deposit money to my bank account and she even told me that I can deposit to other bank accounts but when I ask for assistance on the 02 March 2024 the cashier said they don't do that and i asked why because I did with another cashier and she said they don't. Its a lot of things that other shoprites do but they will never assist with which I fail to understand why them or its an instruction they got? I would really like for this to be taken serious because people around need this shoprite but they dont treat us with respect. I will also be grateful to get responce because I am will to escalate this further its a concern seriously.
I went to the Dobsonville Telkom service center on the 27th June 2023, I was assisted by Tshepo Mangena who sounds very confused and uninformed about what he works for. I App**** for a fiber line of 50 MBPS and he said am approved and he will send me a message the next day about my contract confirmation. That has never happened until i called Telkom this morning to enquire about the data i bought, i decided to ask the lady i was speaking to about the delivery and installation. To my surprise she told me that the contract that was done is an LTE for 10mbps and not fiber. I couldn't believe because i kept asking him a number of times if its the fiber i requested and he said yes it is approved. I requested to speak to a manager and i was told i will be called back. I received a call and while i was explaining Ayanda hanged up. Am really Annoyed to even think i have to use petrol and drive to the Telkom store.
On the 30th April 2022 i bought a pizza via mr delivery at panarrottis Lifestyle Centurion, the flavour was pepper steak , I was soooo hungry but i couldnt eat it because it was awfully tasteless and it was not what i have anticipated for at all. I called the store and laid a complain and was assisted by the store manager (Abel Maruma) he is really a great person and he assisted me.He listened to me and explained that it's their new flavour and he took it to himself to deliver 2 free pizzas when he knocked off though it was late but he came up with a plan and am honestly grateful. Panarorottis centurion you have a great guy there.
