I brought in my car for assessment at Fleet VIP SOLUTIONS on January 16, once my insurance was approved repairs started on the 20th of January 2025. It is now the 25th of February 2025 and I still have not received my car. It’s been over a month and I’m paying exorbitant fees on uber to get around. They keep giving me an ETA on when repairs will be finished then pushing it foward. My last update was that the car would be fine today (25 February) but when I called them today they are pushing it forward by ANOTHER week. I can no longer afford to keep using Ubers to get around and I suspect they are prioritising other cars before mine. My car cannons be there in March as well.
