Good day I have picked up that there are also additional damages such as scratches that where not there. Also the cloth the blocks the sunlight is dirty and gets stuck when I pull it which was not the case before the penal beaters worked on the vehicle, the roof lining is damaged by the door panels, you recommended the worst panel beaters, the staff that took my car to are very rude and lack client service, the panel beater did not even perform a water test to check for leaks, they did confirm this blatantly which is very negligent. honestly I'm not happy on top of that you guys are really inconveniencing me I need to be focusing on my job I'm busy doing you guys Job I'm not happy at all. The workshop manager(Bukhosi) was disingenuous and not interested in delivering the adequate service, sourcing damaged aftermarket parts I've been with Discovery, Miway, and Outsurance. I only switched to 1st for Women because I felt it was slightly more affordable but I've since regretted my 1st claim. You've operated in bad faith. I pay my premiums for both my vehicles and had to pay a full excess for half the job. This claim was changed from a glass claim to an accident claim but only the glass was replaced. Clearly the insurance and panel beater collude in taking shortcuts in order to find the cheapest feasible solution to profit from claims. Please come up with a viable solution to have my vehicle fixed. This has been a nightmare from start. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone because this has been the worst experience.

I took my car for an accident assessment, I was given a quote to repair my vehicle, I wasn't told that I might have to take additional money out, now they telling me that I need to take additional money out to fix the car, I went with them because I was happy with their quote. They now telling me to collect my vehicle as it was and take it to another panel beater.

I took my car in for repairs and I truly must say their work is exceptional. I had left a couple of items in my boot and they forgot to put them back when I collected my car but all was returned at a later stage. They are very professional and friendly. I was constantly updated and informed about the progress of the repairs. They are the best. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

I took my car in for repairs and I truly must say their work is exceptional. Regrettably, my experience was far below acceptable standards. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication and a lack of accountability. At no stage did I receive timely updates—neither via SMS nor phone. Every attempt I made to get clarity was met with empty assurances and promises of a callback that never came. Delays in the collection date were constant, with the same explanation repeated without resolution. When I was finally told the vehicle was ready, I arrived only to be informed that essential parts were still outstanding. Even more concerning, the vehicle itself had visible issues—mismatched alignment, unsecured components, and an uneven boot structure. Yet, this was deemed "ready for collection." Furthermore, the number plates were missing, with vague mentions of an order that had yet to arrive. This experience reflects a troubling lack of professionalism and care. I cannot, in good faith, recommend their services.

By far the worst and most ********* services rendered by MiWay and Fleet VIP Solutions I have ever experienced in my life ! I sent a vehicle in for repairs at the beginning of January and got it back today, the 17th of April, after needing to go back 3 times and there are still issues. Never in my life will I ever use either establishment; they are the worst! Stay away ; they are ******* and do not care about you or the money you pay for their services. Stay away! P.S. This is part one of many! Can't wait to do daily reviews to help people understand what a ******* establishment they both are! !!!!!!!!

After they fix my car it started showing an air bag sign I report it to them, they told me they will as me insurance if they cover it. After that I took my car back and they fix it. After a few month the sign pop up again and when call or text they keep telling the technician is not around. If your insurance refer you to them run like he'll, I'm talking from experience 😭😭😭😭

I brought in my car for assessment at Fleet VIP SOLUTIONS on January 16, once my insurance was approved repairs started on the 20th of January 2025. It is now the 25th of February 2025 and I still have not received my car. It’s been over a month and I’m paying exorbitant fees on uber to get around. They keep giving me an ETA on when repairs will be finished then pushing it foward. My last update was that the car would be fine today (25 February) but when I called them today they are pushing it forward by ANOTHER week. I can no longer afford to keep using Ubers to get around and I suspect they are prioritising other cars before mine. My car cannons be there in March as well.
