In the last 6 months I have been receiving calls from ADT Finance reminding me of monthly payments as if I have arrears' have requested them to stop calling as they are wasting resources because I am not in arrears and I definitely do not need a reminder. Guess what in February 2026 when I drew my credit report from Experian ADT was appearing as in arrears, imagine being in areas for R400.00, yet the same amount was paid. I t was even better if one would see the ADT Car within our vicinity and as part of neighborhood watch we requested to add them on the Group whatsapp just like other private security companies like 4WARN,MAMBA,CMC, their local person refused who is responsible for our area as we wanted them to be the first to know when there is crime or someone is asking for help ....Other Private Security companies are on board and they assist a lot as our area has been experiencing car hijackings and house ******ies. On top of that every time there is Diesel increase expect a communication about monthly increase for cars patrolling our area ..you ask yourself that what is wrong here cause when National Treasury reduces the same diesel and Petrol they don't decrease, I just feel like I am paying a lot for not what I am expecting that I am considering another economical security company. I have been with ADT for more that 21 years, but the company has changed a lot, if I request to decrease my premium I am told about SA Economy issues
28-29 April 2025 hijacked, kidnapped and ******. Car Trak Control Room became aware of the car fast movement but did nothing to dispatch security. Instead, they called next of kin who did not answer as for me my phone was taken by hijackers so I would even be able to respond. The Hijackers took us to a secluded area and called their contacts regarding removal of the car track devise; the caller asked the hijackers to establish from me how much am I paying car track as he will be able to tell where the tracker is and can remove, and after giving the wrong amount , we were told to look down while the hijackers tried to take money from my banking App which was problematic as it was dark and I was crying, they then decided to ask me to increase withdrawal limit then I did as a gun was on my head and 3 ******s left and were left with one on that dark place and i think that is when the car track devise was removed, my money withdrawn from 4 ATMS according to Bank report statement and they returned after midnight on 29 April 2025 put us back in a car and dropped us somewhere in Brakpan...i lost my drivers license, ID MONEY ETC and all valuable belongings in my car (We walked around the suburb until around 3am to a filling station) and that is where we got help from Petrol attendant who offered us airtime for R5.00 on his phone to call and that was the only time Car Track was running to find the car of which I was told they found the devise the car was gone, till today I don't have a car even though Car Track at the time of me taking the cover said if I am hijacked and the car is not recovered will be paid R150 000.00, TODAY no one wants to take responsibility from Car Track they put from Christopher, Thabo, Nthabiseng etc from Social media to marketing, they even call to offer me a dash cam to put on my car which one I don't know. It shows this company cares only when they receive money when its time to reciprocate, they take you from pillar to post, the Warrant and Guarantee office is a sacred place you dont call them they will call u...control room just escalates the problem and they go AWOL

On 28-29 April 2025 I was hijacked, Kidnapped and ****** using a car with the tracker from Car Track. During the incident the hijackers contacted someone who knew about car track trackers placement on the car, that person only asked the ******s to find out how much is my monthly fee as that will help to locate the devise, with a gun on my head I had to give an amount even if it was not the exact amount I gave something to the amount R350. of which I got to know latter that car track control room called my sister who is my next of kin on the forms however my sister was sleeping only noticed that missed call later, this to me indicates the control room was aware that someone is during the car roughly or the devise is being touched but Car Track did nothing even to dispatch security patrol to check since they could not find myself the driver who was being hijacked and the person listed as next of kin., the question remains why did Car Track control room act at that moment and follow the signal as the devise was removed. it's almost 5 months I haven't received a payment mentioned by car track that if they don't find your car, they will pay you R150 000.00 and there are no terms and conditions. I managed to call car track after being released by kidnappers the early morning of 29 April 2025, only then control send the car to check the car and I was told they found their devise, but the car was not there I was told they will look for the car but to date nothing has come from Car Track car tracks Recovery and Warranty Administration which has no telecommunication only e-mails. No supervisor or any one from that Department has bothered top contact me as I'm disadvantaged despite the fact that I was paying my monthly premiums without fail. I am not sure how car track Marketing department operates but strange enough I get calls to join car track for peace of my car safety, yet the real department is sleeping on what is due to me. I would like to know from car track when are you paying me as my devise was in perfect order hence you managed to make calls to my next of kin...I need a car since you are failing with your tracking system.
On about 28-29 April 2025 myself and my neighbor with a child which is 1 year 9months were hijacked, kidnapped and ****** by 6 armed men. This are the events how they unfolded. Monday.28 April at about 21:30 in Benoni I was hijacked, during the hijacking I was taken to a bush, however as my car was insured with Car Track devise and my next of Kin registered as my sister on my profile indicated that she had a missed call from CAR TRACK around that time. (*Car Track Is Aware) The ******s took us to this Bush and the ******s called one of their team regarding the removal of the devise and he confirmed he will remove it (*It was removed) and that was the time Car Track Control Room could have saved us by dispatching security as I understand that Car Track control room did call my sister but she did not answer as she was already asleep and not well health wise, so Car Track after not finding my sister (What do you do if you pick upon unfami**** movement and you are unable to talk to driver and next of kin? Answer pls) these are clear events that Car Track control room did pick up the devise unfami**** movement and instead of doing their Quality Assurance they ignored that. So after being released by ******s who cleaned my bank accounts empty, they decided to release us on Tuesday 29 April 2025 and then after getting help at a garage I was able to call Car Track to report the incident, only then the control room sent security to where they were picking up the signal of the devise and unfortunately only to find the car gone but only their devise remaining. It will be appreciated if the Car Track Control Rom, Recovery and Warranty settle my car' that is still not recovered as per their adverti*****t that says and I quote "Car Track will pay you up to R150 000. if your car is not recovered when ******" no terms and conditions whatsoever. To date it almost 4 months since my car has not been recovered when you call car Track you are taken from one office to another, and the Recovery and Warranty Administrators don't talk on phones only e-mails, and that is not customer care. Car Track Control room will only say we have sent the Recovery and Warranty an email regarding this car matter and they are to revert back to you, instead of CarTrack Management taking this up they add you on their back and forth emails and I do not understand why can't they attend to this professionally if they made an error just acknowledge and do what is right instead of finger pointing. I am currently inconvenienced and still dealing with the trauma, yet they are playing hide and sick with our life's. I could have died but God decided the other way now I need justice for my suffering as I paid my monthly premium without fail so please Car Track this is the 5th Complain I am sending to hello Peter, and you are hiding come out and face your business weakness. Not sure what what message they are saying by remaining mute, I need to be reimbursed as my car was ****** and has not been recovered as your T&C don't even mention such critical information...this is so frustrating I need answers. SAPS is dealing with their part and car track went AWOL
On 28 -29 April 2025 I was hijacked, kidnapped and ******, having installed car track devise 27 January 2025. The following events have transpired to date On the night of the hijack, kidnapping and robbing, Car track control room did pick up unusual movement of the car and called my sister who is registered next of kin, and she did not answer the call however since my phone was already switched off by armed ******s, Car Track control had an obligation to send security to confirm the movement, unfortunately Car Track did not honor their obligation as today the car is still not found and the Car Track Recovery and Warranty department which has no contact no. except emails has been mute on how do we proceed since its almost (2)months and the car has not been recovered. Over and above that, The Activation Report received for the car still not recovered clearly shows even where the CAR TRACK devise was taken out but the Recovery and Warranty Administrator has devised a plan now in refuting claim that the car devise was due for inspection on 22 April 2025. I have been trying to establish as to when was this communicated to newly joined members and you are referred to this long document with faint writing. Car Track marketing statement is clear, and I quote, "Car Track will pay you up to R150, 000.00 if your car is not recovered, when ****** (Reply Yes or No) There is nowhere it says subject to Terms and Conditions...even when I was taking the car at the garage nothing was said of read the terms and conditions of car track, I just took it as it is...so today the car is ****** and has not been recovered and according to Car Track Control Room they have sent an e-mail to Car Track Recovery and Warranty office and its surprising that they talk through e-mails no one is calling or saying anything to their client who suffered loss that could have been prevented if someone did their job that night. I am grateful to be alive many have died, I am currently attending Therapy Counselling which I am paying for my wellbeing, at some point Car Track adverts mention how they can assist you by providing support during unforseen circumstances and I am yet to see that part still... Thank God the Car Track accounts department has stopped harassing me due to non-integrated system, hope this is a lesson to Car Track as well I am inconvenienced due to this incident that was traumatic and I surely hope Car Track Head Office will head the call and do what is due to a black South African woman who nearly lost a life SAPS is doing their part I am told but Car Track Recovery and Warranty honour your commitments as I paid my monthly subscription without fail and its not my fault that I was hijacked and no one saw a need to take the call from control room when they saw something was not good here.. I remember the ******s calling someone that night who was to remove the Car Tracker devise and that person just asked them to establish from me how much is my premium, yet he said "He will be able to remove the devise" either way on that car- maybe its your former employer look at re-vetting thoroughly as the time taken to remove that devise shows its an expert and the one who installed that tracker I must say he/she did a poor job...that nearly cost my life
On 27 -28 April 2025 I was hijacked, Kidnapped and ******. Upon being released by armed ******s after cleaning my bank accounts and torturing me they left me in a foreign suburb with a baby, and we had to walk until by God's grace we saw a Petrol Station. That is where I requested assistance to make a call to my sister who is registered as my next of Kin on car track profile, and I also managed to call Car Track and was put to control room where they immediately indicated that they are picking up a signal and will be going there so while I was getting to inform the banks and opening cases with SAPS, Car track called to inform me that they found the devise but the car is gone...I left the matter there as I was dealing with my trauma. To date my car has not been recovered by Car Track, However Accounts Department is calling me daily for a payment of R184 MONTHLY PREMIUM. If it's not WhatsApp, its email and threatening messages of Terms and Conditions and possible Blacklisting. Talk about the events of that day of hijacking, according to my sister who is the next of kin registered on Car Track, she has confirmed that on her phone during the hijacking as she recalls, she has a missed call from Car Track and that means Car Track control room was aware of the unusual movement of the car and the tracker devise 2.Control room according to my understanding if such happens and they call you don't answer they will automatically call for back up, of which they did not do it cause if they reacted the car could have been found and maybe we could have been saved 3.A lot of resources a Car Track that I see being wasted is a system that is not integrated in that the Accounts Department is not aware of the car hijacking and that investigations are ongoing. Control Room is not alerting relevant stakeholders of the developments of client profile 4. The Recovery and Warranty Administrators have gone mute, I am not sure as to why cause no one has formally contacted me since its almost (2) months and the car has not been recovered and I have not been compensated of the R150 000.00 mentioned by Car Track slogan that "We will pay you up to R150 000.00 if your car is not recovered when ******" 5.Today 14 June 2025 I received a whatsapp message which reads as follows: 5.1 Your payment arrangement of R184 was not received as per payment arrangement date of 27 Reply Yes for the amount to be debited today,or alternatively make immediate payment using PAY NOW...link below Failure to settle arrears immediately will result in the following services remaining suspended 1.access to the Cartrack App 2.Vehicle positioning through our control room 3.Notification regarding your vehicle As a friendly reminder of the Terms and conditions that you agreed to: Listen to this it gets interesting: "Should your Vehicle be ****** or hijacked you may be charged a fee of up to R25 000.00 for us to send out recovery team -Continued failure to pay off arrears will lead to your account being handed over to our legal attorney I Arrest my case now, after this message please Car Track Head Office are you sure you are aware of these threats and commitments which contract each other Which car's devise must I pay for as there is no car, and the devise track is with Car Track Car track only remembers moneys owed to them not the other way round. I was told by Pracious from Control Room that the matter has been escalated and that Recovery and Warranty will be InTouch as I am awaiting patiently for the back-and-forth communication and waste of resources as no time frame is written but threats are written Car Track can you inform all systems about profiles under siege and give direction on way forward on my car recovery case
January 2025, I got to buy a car at Suzuki Boksburg and was financed by WesBank. 28 April 2025 I was hijacked, kidnapped and ****** and to date the car has not been recovered. Due process kicked in such as Insurance settlement and shortfalls; these happened between May 2025 and now in June 2025. However, since the car is still missing and mow that the Insurance has paid the bank and settled all outstanding monies...I got to get an opportunity to buy another car due to the unforseen circumstances. I have never been subjected to such rigorous interrogation by WesBank Scoring Team etc. The question I'm troubled with as we speak is that WesBank has declined my deal as of 13 June 2025. 1.Both the cars I have are financed by Wesbank 2.The other car was hijacked hence the reason for re application for finance and my financial situation hasn't changed I can still afford the repayment 2.1 I identified a car which was at the same financial range as the hijacked one then was asked to submit the relevant documents which are standard when applying for financial assistance i.e. Bank Statements, Salary Advise and Proof of residence and as it was not my first time busying a car but using the dealer was for the 2nd time 3.To my surprise after submitting 3 months bank statements,3-month Salary advises and proof of residence, Boksburg Finance person was requested after 2 days to find a list of Assets they can use for my scoring and that I must also provide any proof additional income and also indicate how much deposit I am going to put forward 4.These requests threw me off but nevertheless I comp**** even when I was wondering why? submitted these documents, hoping deal will be done 4b days went by still no answer then upon enquiry to the dealer another delay was now with the scoring team I'm told 5.Next was the issue with scoring from Credit Bureau of which it was out of my hands due to Capitec did not update their system as my bank and I wish WesBank team leader could have asked me to request Capitec a confirmation letter as it does from time to time 6.These back-and-forth deliberation frustrated me cause at the end I was told via e-mail that the deal was declined due to Exposure to bank 7. I get approved in January 2025, then in June I get declined please tell me something I do not know cause my financial situation hasn't changed for the worst but better 8.Already my credit score is affected by Wesbank search and now after putting me under these process asking unnecessary documents yet failing to ask Capitec for clarity I get declined why? is there someone who would like to review my deal or??
I had taken a personal loan with Capitec around 2019-2020 not knowing what was to come, the country went on lockdown - Covid19 pandemic era, an unforseen circumstances which placed some of us risking losing our employment. However, seeing my situation at that time as we did not have full salary paid yet creditors wanted their contracts to be honored, Capitec was not understanding the request for reduction of loan repayment, I had no option but to apply for debt Review. According to Capitec when one has been put under Debt Review you are removed from their system, and you are handed over to Debt Collectors / Debt Restructuring office which is now outside Capitec system. However, my financial situation changed around 2022, and I contacted Capitec to request that we go to our initial arrangement of loan repayment of R6400.00 (As Debt Council was paying less amount) which will make the debt to remain for longer, I was not aware that Capitec Debt Collectors have flagged me profile as a risk. As I indicated my financial situation changed in 2022 and Capitec agreed to deduct directly from my account the agreed amount of R6400.00, however I requested that instead of deducting that amount rather deduct R7000.00 so that we can be able to deal with arrears and eventually the main debt. While making this effort I noted that the Credit Bureau system is not being updates from Capitec instead it keeps on reflecting arrears as some notes saying as per arrangements (Both Experian and TransUnion Reports) Its 2025 I am still sitting with a huge bad credit profile name because of Capitec Incompetence Debt Collector that deducts double amounts at times and to request the reversal it becomes Mission Impossible as Capitec Branches have no authority over handed accounts reflected as CC on their system Despite the R7000.00 arrangement being paid since 2022 to Capitec monthly I still appear as being in arrears for 9 months which puts me at a risk of acquiring any credit with any financial institution. I have requested Capitec several times to remove the flagging of risk profile under Credit Bureaus and that they must update their system to reflect correct information to date my Capitec Banking App reflects monthly instalment of R6 373.72 yet I am paying R7000.00 monthly and the Experian and TransUnion reports do not reflect R7000.00 that is being deducted ( I want to know from Capitec what is wrong with integrating your system with that one your Debt Collectors are using so that every month the system is updated) I recently tried purchasing a car an I was told I am in 9+ month arrears with Capitec (Somebody tell me what is wrong with the bank system) how can such a error be made when one gets monthly e-mails threatening you with legal if full amount or arrangement is not made, yet I have a R7000.00 arrangement It seems my debt is not going anywhere anytime soon as not on the banking app since 2022 the balance owing from R249 999.00 is R178 667.58 ( i am not a Mathematician but something is not adding up here and I want to know why? I would appreciate it if my account were removed from Capitec Debt Collectors with immediate effect, and I am able to deal with my account from Branch not 3rd party, and that my profile is updated ASAP as it is affecting my well-being and has incorrect Information. I am exhausted with the process as its not even helping even when you pay more it looks like its not recorded or taken into consideration the effort made to deal with the debt. I regret the day I took this loan as it has become a pain dealing with Capitec system management I was recently hijacked, ****** and abducted the bank so called ***** Department was made aware and in 2 days the investigation was completed and client blamed for giving out pin no. not even an offer of credit or overdraft to assist instead Capitec excused itself from these incident which I found very cold and opposite their slogan of "Live Better and Banking Just Simpler" I had d debit orders that were outstanding but my so called bank distanced itself from my unfortunate situation so I had to deal with this on my own and to add on top in May they made 2 debit order of R7000.00 on 23 May and 24 May(1 R14 000.00) gone branch was unable to reverse the other R7 000.00 then calls were made from my side, I ended up in a branch NorthMed Square what a professional team Sister Lebu and Lerato thank you...the rest of the offices that closes at 13:00 whooooo Capitec Credit Rehabilitation and Debt Collection are a disaster, and I need to be removed from these offices and my profile updated ASAP so that I can get to finish this loan cause as long as you are under these 2 offices chances of getting your life back and financial freedom are very slim
On 27 -28 April 2025 around 21:30pm in Benoni I was hijacked, kidnapped and ****** with a car that had car track devise installed and working in good condition. 1.These are the events to date with Car Track as this is my 3rd Review about car track behavior around my case. and there is no change as far as I can see as there is money involved ... During the hostage situation with armed ******s, they indicated if I dont cooperate, I will meet my creator soon and upon arriving at bushes they took us to, they called someone to establish if they can remove the car track devise, and that particular person asked the same hijackers on the phone to establish how much am I paying on my tracker devise (Red Flag) According to Activation Report received the devise was removed in 15 minutes, so it must be someone who knows Car Track devise premiums where they are put. 1.1 Upon being released by heavily armed ******s the morning of 29 April 2025 around 2:00am walking a distance with a baby in the morning in a foreign suburb I got to a petrol garage station and requested assistance from petrol attendants who loaded airtime for me to make a call. I called my sister it was around 3am to her shock she immediately informed her son and he drove to the garage in Brakpan, while there I called car track I was put to control room, and they immediately said they can see where the devise is and will be driving there and unfortunately to them the car was not there but only their devise No Car. And I also called my banks since all my Bank Accounts were emptied 1.2 While all this is unfolding, my sister who is registered as my next of kin on my car track profile, also confirms that she has a missed call from car track around that time of the hijack, and for some odd reason she did not answer as she took medication, now this meaning Car Track was aware about the unusual movement of the car but instead of alerting their security to attend to this unseal movement as my phones were off both myself and my sister they could get hold of next of kin ... 1.3It has been emotional draining to deal with car track as its 10 June 2025 my car is still missing, and no one is taking accountability regarding the Warranty and liability in making the R150 000.00 Payment as per their Marketing Strategy that says "Car Track will pay you Up to R150 000.00 if your car is not recovered when ******" 1.4The Department for Car Liability and Warranty doesn't want to acknowledge the error, instead they send an email saying my devise was supposed to come for inspection on 22 April 2025, however as a new member I don't even have documents or recordings that can confirm I agreed to understanding the Terms of Conditions on 27 January 2025 when I purchased the car 1.5 To Date Car Track's account/Finance department is calling, sending me SMS's, WhatsApp's, e-mail regarding outstanding monthly payment due for May -June 2025...why?? I explained to all of those who called me and they have since will revert but instead its waste of resources.. 1.6 Who between myself and Car Track owes another party? cause instead of hearing about the whereabouts of my car I hear threats of being blacklisted if I don't not pay my premium and the question is ?? 1.6.1 Why must I pay for a car that is hijacked? 1.6.2 The Tracking Devise was found by Car Track, so what am I pay for as the devise is with them 1.6.3 I am inconvenienced by the car hijacked and no one is prepared to acknowledge the error by Car Track I see shift blame and I want to establish why, is it because I am a survivor and a black woman? 3.I am still traumatized by what happened but now car track is adding instead of fixing their error or one must die first... I need answers from decision makers as Car Track Control room has no answers except, we are still searching for your car I am not sure if Roadblock is sufficient enough as the devise is with Car Track as we speak yet Finance is not aware and wants its monthly premium...Maybe I am dreaming can Car Track Head Quarters address this case Thank you
