The best decision I've ever made to buy another cellphone from them. Delivery on time and the service is the best with constant communication and updates
I've been taking my son to Legendary Barber at Festival Mall and East Rand Mall. I have never experienced a warm welcome in this barber place. I think what makes me write this review today is the reception of the guy that we found at East Rand Mall just after 1pm, very very cold reception to a point where by if my son didn't like how they cut his hair, we were gonna turn back
On Thursday the 28th February around 1pm, our lights/electricity went off and I assumed that it was load shedding, then around 8, I saw that few of the flats in our unit have electricity and some don't have including mine, that's when I decided to phone the call centre at about 20:20 and i I was given a reference number. I made a follow up past 10am on Friday, was told that turn around time is between 4 to 24 hours and I was advised that somebody from the municipality will call me back. Past 12 midday, I was called and I advised that we still don't have electricity. I made a follow up but still nothing. I called again on Sat the 30th Jan, still was told that I will be called and I was told that turn around time is 4 to 48 hours. When I phoned back I think past 2pm, the lady said the technician was advised and should be coming anytime. This is the 3rd day without electricity. All my food from the fridge is rotten let alone bathing with cold water, I was hoping that the municipality at least will be able ro assist us quicker. All we want is to be told what the problem is and can it be fixed and how long will it take, it feels like nobody is taking our request serious
I went to buy few groceries at Spar in Germiston South, the one in Webber Road and decided to grab a russian, first of all, the service was so poor, the ladies there were just standing at chatting to one another and not bothered by our presence and only one lady was helping, finally one lady decided to come and assist us. I asked for a small russian which took more or less 10 minutes to be ready and the lady was helping other people while waiting for my Russian. The Russian finally came and when I raised my concern about her being slow, she started shouting at me telling me how she can't do anything about the stove if it's slow and how she can't not help other customers because she has to look after my russian, she was literally back chatting at me. I went to pay and asked for a manager on duty and while I was asking the cashier, she asked what the problem was and I told her, she told me that this is not the first time they get complaints about the people that work in the kitchen/food section. I don't like the way I was treated by that lady and how she was shouting at me infront of the customers, they are extremely slow in serving customers
