I have only had good rental experiences at Woodford - even when there was a glitch on the web reservation I made the Cape Town guys got me on my way in no time with an alternative vehicle. Would recommend Woodford anytime.
DSTv \forced"me upgrade from my dual view SD decoder to a combination of Explora and HD to give 2 viewing and 1 recording channel. Installed on 23/07/2015 and took about 1.5 hours after installation to activate and operate successfully with E16-4 displayed.<br> On 26/07/2015 Explora had no channels with E16-4 but HD decoder worked - phoned call centre and they did some things and then had Explora working but no HD channels - I have spent about 4 hours on the phone with 5 phone calls to the call centre and still no resolution - Agents can then not solve the problem with mechanisms at their disposal and then supposedly get technical team involved via their supervisors"
