Hi, I would like thank Capital Legacy for their quick assistance!! My father passed 22 March 2023 and today we received the title deed of the house and the Estate is done and closed! Not even a full year and the estate is done!! Easy, painless and totally worth the money every month!!
Good day, we went to Med24 Montana on the 14th of February with our child which we had an emergency. I would like to know why do you have to pay medical aid (not to go to government hospitals), and then also have to pay an 'admin fee' of R 460.00 at the emergency unit??? you end up paying so much medical bills and admin fees all over that at month end you don't have money to pay your medical aid. And it was in the middle of the month, that the reason you pay medical aid so that you can go to a doctor or emergency unit any time without paying when you don't have the money.
Not even worth one star, we have placed an order on McDonalds online 12:03, it only came here 13:25. The driver got lost along the way, which means all the chips was ice cold but not only that, it was old chips!!!! We asked for no garnish on some burgers, it looked like extra garnish that they put on. Even when you use the option for cash, they come with card machine and don't have change. So tired of this poor service!! It is not the first time, and even though your food is cold you still have to pay and accept it like nothing is wrong!!!
On the 16th November, the storm was flooding our entire house, garage and yard. Damaged was from carpets, concrete wall with slabs broken, kitchen cupboards, and 1 cupboard in the rooms is damaged. The 18th was David Buys from Cunningham & Lindsey, the assessor at our house to asses the damages. He was very helpful in all aspects. The claim was then handed through to SA Home Loans. David called me on the 4th Dec to tell me the claim was approved and would be paid out. Thereafter on the 7th <br> Dec Nykita Coetzee phoned me for the claim form to be filled out and sent back to her. I told her clearly not to email to my email address as for it is not working, and she can send it to my husband's email. With that said I gave her my husband's email address. On the 10th Dec I phoned Nykita for feedback, then only did she send it to my husband's email. On 11th I faxed it through, after calling again and only to find out the fax is too light, faxed it through again. Nobody phones me back in regards to feedback, or if they received the documents. And being told that Nykita was on leave so my claim had to wait till she was back at work. Very disappointed in the service and this taking so long.
